Lovely house and owners

The house was exactly what we were looking for and was as described in the advertisement. It fulfilled all our expectations: clean, spacious, functional, calm, save, …. We didn’t miss anything. And the owner was absolutely professional, very nice and ensuring we have all what we need. We can highly recommend it!

Our stay in Opio

We spent a month in June 2023 at Villa Paprika. The property is excellent - very comfortable, clean and to a high standard, it also has a large secure garden which was great for our 2 dogs. The house is very well equipped with everything we needed to make our stay a home from home. Our host Sylvie was very welcoming which certainly added to our holiday experience. We were very sad to leave and would certainly recommend this property which is in a very beautiful part of France.

Fantastic property near Opio

We stayed at Sylvie’s place for about three months this summer. Sylvie is an amazing host. Leading up to our stay, Sylvie was incredibly kind, responsive, informative and accommodating with our needs. When we arrived she was very welcoming and continued to be very helpful with everything during our stay. The house is just as in the pictures, newly renovated and immaculately clean. It has all the necessary conveniences, including A/C for the summer months, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The two bedrooms upstairs are spacious, with lots of storage and a modern large shower room. The best thing for our cat was to have access to the large garden which has so many areas to explore. The house also has a patio area to enjoy outside dining including a grill for cooking. The location of the house is safe and wonderfully secluded yet only 1 km from the nearest supermarket and 35 minute from Nice airport. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it very highly thanks in part to the wonderful host Sylvie.

Dank der Klimaanlage war die Hitze gut erträglich. Schönes Haus mit Garten. Für unsere Hunde optimal, da alles eingezäunt war. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl.

Séjour au calme

Sylvie ainsi que ses parents sont des hôtes très attentionnés. C'est rare de trouver un hébergement acceptant les animaux avec du mobilier et de la décoration soignés. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et reviendrons sans hésiter.

Nous avons passé 12 jours de rêve avec notre chien Maison très bien rénovée, moderne et confortable, très bien placée pour visiter la région, au calme. Propriétaires charmants, présents mais discrets, soucieux de notre bien être comme de celui de notre chien. Die Sauberkeit des Hauses war in Ordnung, allein die Sauberkeit in der Küche ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig, was wir aber vor Ort bemängelt haben. Die Gartenmöbel sind total unbequem für längeres Sitzen bzw. Liegen.

Un merveilleux séjours !!

Nous avons passé 7 jours merveilleux, malgré le temps quelquefois pluvieux. dans les environs il y a des chemins que nous avons pris pas besoin de voiture pour aller faire des promenades. Les hôtes sont charmants et très accommodants pour les horaires. Tous est à proximité les commerces le village.... L'agencement de ma maison est excellente! Un grand merci à nos hôtes.

La campagne entre mer et montagne

Si vous aimez marcher les sentiers sont à quelques kilomètres à peine dans les Préalpes et la méditerranée tout près également. La maison est confortable, bien équipée et décorée avec goût. Parfaite pour découvrir la région et à l'abri du bruit. Sylvie la demoiselle de la maison s'occupe de tout et a toujours une solution. Encore merci pour sa disponibilité, son hospitalité. N'hésitez pas. Nous y avons séjourné 4 semaines et notre petite chatte a été bien accueillie même par la chienne qui savait se retenir grâce à des maîtres attentifs et attentionnés. Une performance !

Excellent séjour dans un appartement de standing.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Notre arrivée tardive a bien été pris en compte; Sylvie nous avait fait des achats des premières nécessités pour le dîner et le petit déjeuner. Propreté, sérénité, se sentir chez soi sont au rendez-vous dans cet appartement. La voiture est indispensable mais tout se trouve à proximité. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et partagent volontiers la récolte des fruits et légumes bio du jardin. A revivre. Famille SHARMA

Vacances entre mer et montagne

On a passe un bon sejour dans une maison confortable et amenagee avec gout. Les proprietaires sont tres aimables. L'immeuble est bien situe pour faire des decouvertes des environs - mer et montagne. Par contre, on ne pouvait pas sortir sans voiture, car l'endroit populeux n'est pas convenable pour les pietons. En voiture on peut visiter beaucoup d'endroits et villages interessants aux alentours. Le point faible etait le manque de climatisation, ce qu'on apprecie beaucoup en ete.

Emplacement privilégié pour visiter Cannes et ses environs. Belle propriété remise à neuf récemment, bien équipée. Accueil très chaleureux de Sylvie et ses parents. Chiens véritablement bienvenus,c'est rare! Merci pour ce séjour!
