Located in Boca Cangrejo, a fishing village by the sea with access to pristine beaches where you can enjoy sea bathing throughout the year. The house has private access to the sea is seen and heard from every room like a boat. It is surrounded by unspoilt nature and beautiful walks by the sea. It also has a terrace and garden with barbecue and when the tide a natural jacuzzi under the house that can be accessed by a private road is formed. The outputs and sunsets from the terrace are spectacular.
The place is very quiet to enjoy the charm of nature. A 200m. has a sandy beach, La Nea, and walking along a lovely walk above the beach is accessed Radazul, a suburb 400m. it has a nice marina and small bars and restaurants to enjoy fresh dishes of fish and Canarian cuisine. There is also a supermarket, pharmacy and all amenities. There is also a water sports center where you can contact for various water sports.
Although no public transportation, it is advisable to have a car to tour the beautiful places that has this island. A 7 Km. Is the capital of the island, Santa Cruz de Tenerife which offers great shopping and culture.
The house is very bright with large windows to the sea is seen and heard from every room. Sometimes they are passing dolphins and whales and the sunrises and the sunsets are often spectacular.
Recommended for all who want to enjoy the tranquility, the sea, bathing, diving, fishing, nature walks above the sea, or just sit and listen to the whisper of the sea.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful, quiet, nourishing stay at Anabel's. The beach access was shared with only one other 2-person rental unit. The place is really special and we are looking forward to returning there in the future. We can still hear the ocean waves and the crabs crawling on the black lava rock.

It was a wonderful magical oasis by the sea!! Anabel was lovely even providing milk & bananas on our arrival. So quiet … it was amazing hearing the waves crashing outside our window. I would highly recommend it!

Living with Sound of Waves

Really enjoyable stay here. Great for star gazing from the balcony and just listening to the sea on the rocks. Perfect view of the sunrise every morning. Not the largest property but ideal for couple or perhaps small family. Overall great value and Anabel is very welcoming. Just avoid if you are a nervous driver as road down is steep and twisty ! But worth it.

Like a boat!

The property was well described. It is an amazing location to get away from high density tourism. There were some difficulties but these were not unexpected! The road to village from main road is not for faint hearted! To get to barbecue or sun loungers on site the path is steep but manageable. The house would be a little cramped if 4 adults staying but fine for 2. We like it and our host was very welcoming.

Privacy and Peace ..

Quaint local home, perched on a cliff with steps down to the waves. To spend time here is to recharge your inner battery... with wave power! Nearby, but far enough away, you will find food, even a cheeky pizza delivery! Excellent base for exploring the towns and beaches in the north... La Laguna is very nice. We will be back!

Quaint & Comfy Home

This is a really great place to stay. Its quaint and comfortable with all the amenities of home. It is right on the bank of the Teide Sea, out of the way of the hustle and bustle of the tourist crowds but conveniently located near the attractions offered by the island. I had a wonderful time with my daughter and son-in-law who were celebrating their birthdays. This was my gift to them and Annabel's home and friendly disposition made the gift even more special for all of us. I would recommend this home to anyone who wants to have a peaceful and stress free vacation away from the busy crowds but close enough to all the fun and attractions that makes for a great time.

Oceanside Paradise

We stayed the entire month of February with Anabel in Bocacangrejo, Tenerife and I can't rave enough about it. One entire side of the apartment is oceanside so you always have the sound of the waves, breeze and beauty. Start your day with coffee on the terrace and end it with a lovely local Tenerife wine, all while watching the ocean. There is a lovely, quiet beach with a bar/cafe a short walk away, a delicious local family owned restaurant a block away. South Tenerife is less than an hour drive for whale watching, parasailing, etc. The apartment was comfortably beach boho and so homey. The only recommendation I would make, as an American, is definitely rent a small car such as a Fiat. Lol This is a definite winner and I will be visiting as a guest again.

Lovely apartment with stunning views

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment. Lovely to go to sleep every night listening to the waves crash into the rocks and wake up every morning to watch the sun rise. Bocacangrejo is a peaceful, charming and very pretty village, there is only one bar/cafe, which is worth a visit but didn’t opening in the evenings when we were there. There are a few restaurants around the harbour at Radazul, which is a pleasant 25 minute stroll away along the seafront. A car is required to go anywhere else though, and Santa Cruz and La Laguna are nice towns with plenty to see and do. The owner, Anabel is very nice and helpful, and even came round to help us with the cooker when we were too stupid to get it to work! I’ve read other reviews that suggest that the apartment needs modernising, but my view is that it’s lovely as it is, it has great character and the decor is lovely. We will definitely return.

Exactly as described... beautiful

August 17. We had the most amazing time in this beautiful house. Anabel met us and showed us where everything was and the best places to shop. Carrefour is quick and easy to get too. We spent most of our time on the beach at Playa la Nea which was a 10 min walk. Small and quiet with a beach bar..excellent. We hired a car to see as much of island as possible. La Laguna especially worth a visit as were the beaches north on the other side of the island.. Playa de Benijo was fabulous and worth the mountain drive! Closest restaurant was in Raduzal but we didn't bother as the view from our balcony as we ate each night was better than paying for any meal out! Waking to watch the sun rise from the bedroom windows and drinking wine under the stars to the sound of the waves... what's not to like? Thank you Anabel for the most relaxing holiday.

Nice calm place at the rock close to la Nea beach

Very nice place in Boca Cangrejo village! It is located at end of the village at narrow street. The ocean is right in front of windows at the rock. The house is very nice and spacious for our family (2 adults and 2 kids): good kitchen, nice full height windows, good WiFi. There is little rock beach at the village with a stairway. It is a bit dangerous for non-experienced swimmers but quite good for me. Also there is beautiful la Nea beach in 10-minute walk. The beach is located between Boca Cangrejo and Radazul and it is very good for children. There is cool sports ground upstairs at the beach. It suits for both adults and children, our 4-year boy liked it very much! Hosts are friendly and kind people! They told us about all nearby facilities, beach and helped in all our requests. They invited us to visit annual holiday which took place in July. There was very nice fireworks produced by local people at the night! Thank you very much, Anabel and Alex! Car is a must have for this house. TF1 road is 200 meter up from the ocean and accessible on nice serpentine road. Closest supermarkets are HiperDino in Radazul (by car only) and cool shopping center Carrefour in Anaza (12 minute drive)! It has convenient parking, lot of good shops and restaurants (mostly fast food + 1 buffet restaurant). The location is really good because both South and North parts are accessible in 30-60 minute drive. I highly recommend this property, you will never regret!

Foi uma semana em Tenerife, muito agradável. A casa está situada num sítio agradável, uma casinha simples e acolhedora, com tudo o que é necessário para umas mini férias. A 10 minutos encontramos superfícies comerciais com tudo o que precisamos. Quero agradecer á Anabel, a simpatia e gentileza com que nos acolheu. Acordar de manhã, e ver o mar ao lado, é realmente magnífico. Aconselhável ter carro, embora haja transportes públicos perto. Será uma experiência a repetir. Directly above the sea

Un petit oasis de repos bercé par la houle à 15 minutes de la capitale L’appartement est situé dans un petit village où il n’y a pas grand service au bout d’une route en lacet ,l’accès à une voiture est indispensable pour faire ses provisions. Une fois sur place vous trouverez un appartement ensoleillé et bien équipé. Le lit double est très confortable. La vue sur la mer est grandiose et on s 'endort avec le son des vagues . Il y a une plage de sable noir à 15 minutes de marche. La charmante propriétaire qui parle français et qui habite l' étage du dessous est hyper réactive, nous allons sûrement y revenir . A small oasis of rest rocked by the swell 15 minutes from the capital The apartment is located in a small village where there is not much service at the end of a lace-up road, access to a car is essential to make provisions. Once there you will find a sunny and well-equipped apartment. The double bed is very comfortable. The view of the sea is grandiose and we fall asleep with the sound of the waves. There is a black sand beach a 15-minute walk away. The charming owner who speaks French and lives on the floor below is hyper reactive, we will surely come back to it

Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt in Anabels Haus 🙏 Von allen Fenstern schaute man aufs Meer, vom Bett konnte man den Sonnenaufgang beobachten, auf der Terrasse das Frühstück genießen. Bocacangrejo mit Rafa, dem Herzen-Maler ❤️ ist ein uriges Dörfchen mit vielen liebevoll gestalteten Häusern. Wir kommen wieder ☀️

Meeresrauschen nonstop

Die Wohnung war exakt so wie beschrieben. Man fühlt sich wie auf einem Boot. Der nahe Strand ist sehr schön. Mit dem Auto ist man sehr schnell in Santa Cruz, La Laguna und auch im Anaga-Gebirge, wo man traumhaft wandern kann. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
