Ideal to stay in peace while being close to the sea and the trade. Perfect for holidays with family or friends, starting point for many visits to Charente Maritime (Oléron, La Rochelle, Aix, Royan, etc.)
Our house, without a garden, is located in a typical alley with very little traffic, allowing children to play safely, have a barbecue, and sunbathe in peace.

Our accommodation includes on the ground floor:

Spacious living room of 32 m2 with:
- Open kitchen equipped with every comfort (fridge, two-burner ceramic hob, combined microwave oven, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster),
- Living-dining room: table 8 place settings, 8 chairs, fixed sofa, sofa bed for 2 people, TV, DVD),
- Cellar including: washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack, outdoor table, barbecue)
- Bathroom with shower, sink and WC.
Upstairs: two bedrooms
- Bedroom 1: 140 bed, 2 bunk beds in 90, wardrobe,
- Bedroom 2 (mezzanine): 140 bed, storage unit, desk.
Bedspreads, duvets, blankets, pillows and mattress covers are provided for each bed. On request: travel cot, booster seat and baby bath.

Surroundings:

- The house is located in the old village of Grand-Village in an alley very uncrowded and safe for children.

-Two public car parks are located in the immediate vicinity (50 m).

-Bakery at 50 m, set of shops (pharmacy, Super U, hairdresser, restaurants) at 400 m and bicycle rental at 100 m.

-Atlantic Grand Village beach at 1km 300m (road, pedestrian and bicycle path), surf club and sand yachting.
Saint Trojan beach more protected with young children at 4 km.

-Nearby: Tree climbing, Ilo Aquatic Center, Palmyre Zoo, Saint Trojan Little Train, Citadel Castle of Oléron, EcoMusée des Salines (500m)

The rental price includes: tourist tax and all current charges (water, electricity, hot water). It does not include the supply of linen (sheets, tea towels, hand towels) or heating (10 kWH offered per day, the rest will be paid at the end of the stay) wood package for the stove of 30 € per week.
