The bungalow 140 is ideal for golfers, facing the southern route, it enjoys breathtaking views.
This bungalow offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a living room, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen.
The parental suite is made up of a bed of 160x200 as well as a bathroom and dressing.
The second bedroom is composed of two beds of 90x200 and a bathroom and dressing room.
We have a beautiful small terrace equipped with sunbathing to rest.
All rooms are equipped with televisions and air conditioning.
The pool is community, we are in a private resort La Manga Club which offers peace and security 24h / 24h.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Great central location.

A lovely refurbished golf bungalow. Overlooks the first tee on the South Course. You can easily walk to the golf club, racquets club and supermarket.

Great holiday home and location

Lovely, modern and clean. We had a lovely time and will stay again. We had an issue with water going off in the mornings so that was a real problem for us. Couldn't shower, make tea, brush teeth, wash our children! It went off for about an hour every morning!. A few other things that should be rectified, need larger chopping boards, we had one tiny wooden one that was useless. The kitchen sink needs a sink plug so we can wash up. Had to use a large pan all week. There is a dishwasher but we needed the kitchen sink for little washing up bits. The electric BBQ had no extension cable so we couldn't plug it in to use it as no plug socket to reach outside or outside. We managed to borrow one. These small bits would make it perfect.
