Breathtaking Panoramic Views Of The Caribbean Sea From This Luxury Villa

Sea Ya Round Villa boasts an exquisite, nearly 180 degree view of the Caribbean Sea. You have the entire 3rd floor, of this 3-story, round house. At about 400ft above sea level, you'll enjoy a panoramic scenic view, that includes St John, Buck Island, St Croix, and Puerto Rico. Now primarily powered by solar with battery back-up.

The main, open living space includes a full size kitchen, dining, and TV sitting area, with 75” Smart TV, and luxurious sectional sleeper sofa, with queen size pull-out-bed. The ocean side, of the Villa is mostly windows allowing you to take full advantage of the Caribbean view. Retreat to the wrap-around balcony, on the seaside portion of the house to bask in the sun and enjoy the Caribbean breeze. Enjoy paradise, as you watch the breathtaking sunrise and sunset, as you sip your beverage of choice.

Conveniently located, on the south side of St Thomas, Sea Ya Round Villa is located up the mountain above Bolongo Bay, in a wonderful quiet neighborhood. Our quiet paradise is about halfway between Downtown (Charlotte-Amalie) and East End (Red Hook), which is 15 minutes drive in either direction, and only 10 mins to Havensight / Yacht Haven Grande. We highly recommend renting a vehicle, for your stay, as taxis can be expensive. The property manager, Shawn, lives downstairs, on the second floor, so he's readily available, if needed. Shawn has lived on island, for 15 years, and worked, as a bartender, scuba diver, island concierge, and boat mate, so he's also a wealth of knowledge, about the best destinations, activities, excursions, restaurants and night life, in the USVI & BVI.

Providing a clean and safe place, for guests is our top priority. Deep commercial cleaning procedures are performed after each check-out.

We stayed at Sea Ya Round Villa from October 11th to 17th and really enjoyed our time there. The villa was clean, quiet, and had a nice private feel. The owners were friendly, easy to reach, and communicated really well throughout the whole process.Just a heads-up — it’s on the 3rd floor, so you’ll definitely get your exercise in going up and down the stairs! But the views and the peaceful atmosphere make it totally worth it.It’s a great spot for small families (2–6 people), and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay on St. Thomas.

Very nice accommodations with beautiful views and a great on site property manager with a friendly, wonderful Lab dog, Dublin. A bit pricy for the week but was worth it. Will definitely consider returning.

We had a great stay! The host is very responsive to any questions. It was super helpful that he allowed us to use his beach chairs (there’s a fee to rent them at the beach). We didn’t understand beforehand how expensive taxis would be so didn’t rent a car but it all worked out

Wonderful stay!

Our family of five had an absolutely wonderful time at See Ya Round. The location was absolutely perfect, and we were able to enjoy all sorts of activities that made our vacation truly unforgettable. We explored diffeent beaches each day and had a blast exploring the area and taking in all the sights and sounds. The accommodations were top-notch as well, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a more perfect vacation spot!

Spectacular views that are hard to replicate

Great stay at Sea Ya Round! The rental is just a short drive to anywhere on the island, nestled in a neighborhood above the hustle and bustle in the chill area of Bolongo Bay. Scott, Shawn, and Kim made sure we had everything we needed and shared a plethora of reccos that kept us busy during our stay... All and all a great trip!

Wonderful House and Great Stay!

Scott and Shawn were the utmost hosts and their personal care and touch to the house and to our needs were just great. Location is super - just about halfway between Charlotte Amalie and Red Hook making it easy to get around to all the sights in STT. Our 2 teenage girls loved the pool and the house dog Dublin equally! Highly recommend you book here for your next stay!
