About this property

Beautiful county location

Wake up to county living in our cute comfy 5th wheel travel Trailer. This trailer is a permanent fixture on our property and does not go on the road. We are located just 8 miles outside of Springfield Oregon. It’s ready for you to relax after enjoying the sights and activities in the beautiful Willamette Valley. Wether you are here for business or recreation. All you need to bring is your food and drinks. Because we are a rural property, there is Wi-Fi but it is spotty and sometimes doesn’t work and unless you have AT&T, you will not have cell service. Service is lost once you turn on to McGowen Creek Road. * Please note that over the last year and a half our friends and family report that even without AT&T their other carriers work just fine but we have AT&T. There is service at the little county store.The Mohawk General, which is about .6 miles from the property. We are a small working ranch with all the livestock sounds that go along with county living.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

NO SMOKING INSIDE!!!! Smoke outside at the table only, clean up any smoking waste. No fires allowed June-Oct. No Pets. Sorry, No access to the pool.

Why they chose this property

Our property offers you the opportunity to unplug and rewind. We are approximately 8 miles outside of Springfield nestled in a small finger Valley in the Mohawk Valley. You will be surrounded by lush green trees year round and well enjoy sitting and watching the cows graze In the pasture and a multitude of wildlife that either lives on or makes frequent visits to our property. You are also welcome to wander about the property. There Is a beautiful pond in the upper area of the property Where are you can hear the water coming out of the mountain and keeping the pond full year around. We only ask that you do not go through any closed gate.

We offer a relaxed environment. We want you to feel like you are family coming for a visit. We will always respect your privacy but are open to showing you around and answering any questions that you may have about our property, the surrounding community or local activities and attractions.
