Sweet house in a quiet neighborhood. Big yard with a beautiful tree. The towels were so fluffy. We appreciated the chocolates, coffee and dog biscuits! Our 24 foot RV just fit in the driveway.

Decent stay. Backyard was great for hanging out and the dog had a blast running around. The 1 bathroom could of used better air flow or a fan, only had a heater in it and only had travel size of shampoo and conditioner no body soap. Extra toothbrushes were available which was nice since one kid forgot theres. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen could of used more silverware was only 5 forks. Cards and a couple games to play was nice. Garage access was nice also. We did have to message the host about some ants in the kitchen but they were great at responding back.

Hello Felicia, thank you for your review. As VRBO customers for nearly 20 years and hosts for the last 3 we strive to create a clean, comfortable home for our guests. I see you are a new member so that may explain the 3-star review you offered as most of our reviews from longtime members are much better. I am glad your pooch enjoyed the yard, and I hope you appreciated our pets stay free policy as well as your arrival gifts and free toiletries. As far as the bathroom fan goes it is a brand-new high-end whisper quiet unit which may have seemed nonfunctional due to its design and quiet operation, the fan and large window in bathroom have always worked quite well for other guests. The soap we provided were in your towel basket on the sink in bathroom and are the small hotel style bars wrapped in paper perhaps you overlooked them. Thank you for the silverware update we will resupply promptly and have already scheduled pest control for the ant issue which we have never had in the past. In closing I can only hope your future experiences with VRBO will be as enjoyable as ours. Capt. Steve & Julie Nelson

The home was very clean, comfortable and had all we needed. The host was great with communication and very accommodating. We were there for an event at University of Oregon and it was an easy drive to/from. I would definitely recommend it for a family, and would stay there again.

Very happy with our stay! The house was clean and it worked perfectly for my husband and I. Our daughter and her fiancé joined us with their dog. It was a great yard for both our dog and theirs. It was only a short drive to Autzen stadium which was helpful since we were going to a game!

We had a great stay. The check in information was accurate and easy to follow. The house is on a quiet street and easy to find with any gps app. The house itself is comfortable with a patio and table/chair set out back. When we were there a heat wave began: the air conditioners worked perfectly to keep us comfortable.

Perfect little 3 bedroom house

Great stay in a house 10 minutes from downtown Eugene. Well stocked and very comfortable. We were out and about most of the trip but it was a good place to come home and relax after daily activities.

Thanksgiving stay!

Very cute and comfortable home. Owners communication was outstanding. Had some wonderful treats waiting for us and even the dogs had special gifts. I highly recommend staying here. Was wonderful all the way around!

Nice kitchen, furniture and fixtures need a refresh

It was a good location for a landing pad for Oregon Country Fair, but it is in a very crowded neighborhood. The ability to use the garage to park in was reassuring. Unfortunately, the living room couch, which we were going to use as a bed for a teen, was unusable due to a urine smell (perhaps a recent pet?). Also, be careful using the 1980s-era glass shower door, which repeatedly came off of its rails while we were there.

Fantastic Dog Friendly

I cannot say enough good things about our stay in Eugene. We were coming in late so I messaged them and they not only left the porch light on, but also some lamps inside. Then they had left some dog toys on the table for our pups and some chocolates for us. It is only about a mile and a half from a great dog park. There was some wood to start a fire in the fireplace to take off the morning chill. It was so nice to be away on vacation and feel at home. We even caught some naps and relaxed. Our communication was wonderful. This house met every need that we had and then some. I would 10/10 come and stay here again if I headed to Eugene.
