Wonderful for our family vacation!

Our family of 6 had an unforgettable vacation! The home was well equipped and clean, for the most part. We loved fishing off of the dock and the private beach access. The beach was beautiful and most of the time, it was just us at the beach. Very private with white sand and all the shells you could imagine! The only surprise we had was the cost on and off the ferry. We bought 10 trips on the ferry, and it cost about $380. But the stay and privacy of the island was well worth it! We will definitely be back!

ALMOST PERFECT

This is a great property in a terrific location. My only complaint is there is a motor for the septic system that is located right up under the house and it makes a hum that is much louder than we were comfortable with. If you are highly sensitive to sounds, this is not a good match for you, otherwise it is a fantastic place.

Wonderful Stay!

Quiet location that has the best of both worlds with water access via dock and private beach access directly across the street. Beach was wonderful!!! So quiet. The nature on the island is amazing, so many birds, fish, shells, crabs. House was well stocked with beach towels, chairs, kids toys, paddle board. We were able to rent a golf cart through the resort down the street and loved going on evening rides with the kids. We also found Evan Merritt, who was able to do our grocery shopping prior to arrival, and placed everything in house. It was great to arrive after a long nearly 10 hour drive and not worry about getting groceries at all! Kitchen was well stocked with everything that you need to cook, which was awesome. House has a great layout too. Ferry was super easy. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to be able to visit again.

Family weekend

Excellent choice for a family get away with privacy and not leaving behind the four legged member of the family. Jim, the manager went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and hassle free. We will definitely come back again

I have stayed at this location many times. The added underwater dock light really made the fishing great.

Great Week!

This was a great property. We brought our boat to park out in the back and the beach was right across the street. The house was spacious for 4 adults and three children. We enjoyed sitting under the house at the surf table, grilling out, the outdoor shower and the hammock. The house is complete with everything you need for cooking, relaxing and having fun at the beach.

This was a great spot! All you need is food, beverages, and clothes...the house has everything else

Best of Beach & Water Access!

We stayed for a week with our family. The house was perfect for a family and the location was perfection! Steps from the beach but still on the canal so if you have a boat or want to just fish off the dock you can do that! The screened porch was perfect for relaxation during the afternoon rains and with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We do recommend bringing as much food as you can because once you get there you won't want to leave. Highly recommend!
