Une magnifique plage privée idyllique et naturelle vous attend - laissez-vous conduire sur cette plage privée presque déserte avec le ferry privé de South Venice Beach (3 minutes en voiture) - la carte d'identité familiale est prête pour vous et est incluse dans le prix de la location!

10 charmantes plages sont accessibles sous peu. La plage de rêve la plus belle et la plus célèbre de Siesta Key est accessible en moins de 40 minutes.

Notre Villa I avec piscine tropicale en Floride, située à la fois calme et centrale à Venise, en Floride, ne laisse rien à désirer - ici, vous pouvez passer des vacances reposantes.

Une piscine chauffée avec un bain à remous chauffé séparément vous invite à vous détendre - si vous le souhaitez, vous pouvez sauter dans la piscine de l'hôtel le matin ou vous asseoir dans le bain moussant le soir avec un verre de vin mousseux. Our family of four had an incredible stay while visiting family in the area. The house was quiet and comfortable at night and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we could need. We all loved the hot tub and pool, especially on a couple of days that were too chilly for the beach. We would love to stay here again the next time we visit Venice.

Home was clean, spacious, well equipped, and property manager went out of her way to help us with whatever we needed. The beds were uncomfortable and dipped down on the sides leaving us with sore backs. The pool and spa were very enjoyable though tricky to get out of without a handrail. The listing states there is a heated pool, but not that you have to pay extra for it. The additional cost to heat the pool and the uncomfortable beds are the only reason we gave this 3 stars.

Host was welcoming and helpful. The pool and Jacuzzi were great! House and yard very comfortable. Our family had a nice time!Only concern, the bed in the master was not very comfortable. A bit lumpy, and it made a lot of creaking noise with every rollover and sitting up and down.

Great girls long weekend

My two adult girls and I had a fun long weekend in the Venice area. Property was exactly like advertised and great location. Had a ton of pool and beach supplies and bikes. It allowed us to enjoy and have a great mother-daughter vacation!

Lovely house great location

This house is even nicer than the photos show. Fully stocked with all the pool, beach and house supplies you’d need. Location is great. We walked to Shamrock nature preserve, and Venice and Nokomis beaches are within a 15 minute drive. Check in and out were very simple. We would definitely re-book here if we come back to Venice.

The house was exactly what I hoped it would be, with a few extra unexpected comforts. The kitchen has every item a person can think of: pots, pans, storage bowls, knives, cutting boards, there was nothing that I needed all week that wasn’t in that kitchen! Then there were toys for kids, games, too many beach supplies to name them all, sand toys, pool floats, bicycles for all sizes, basically anything you would own to live in the area as a family!!! Including fishing poles!!! Saved us a some money! We were gonna rent poles but didn’t have to! It was a short drive to the beaches and was nice neighborhood!There was so much more to the backyard than just the pool! The pool and hot tub were very enjoyable as expected. We utilized the outdoor table for lunch dinners, games, gossip, stories and laughter. There’s the nicest little sitting space that we didn’t know was there until our arrival. We had coffee there a few mornings and closed the night laying out there visiting! Take my advice and use the space. It’s off to the left of the pool. I could ramble on about how it met and exceeded what I was looking for on this trip but I will try to just give a few more exact words that checked every box:*clean*comfortable*spacious*relaxing*unwind*pool/hot tub*good location*problem free*worth the price

Clean and plenty of room for two adults. The pool and hot tub were a little difficult to get in and out of (very high step) no hand rails. Neighbors in back were very noisy, yelled at the kids a lot and a barking dog.

This was an unusual situation, as our neighbors are generally very considerate, and we've never received such a complaint before. Regarding pool and spa access, we always recommend reviewing the online pictures closely or contacting the homeowner directly with any questions about access. It's quite uncommon for private pools to have railings, though you might find them in older pools. Additionally, Michelle, our property manager, explained how to safely enter the spa during your check-in. Railings for spas are typically found in hotels rather than private residences. Enjoyable Stay!

Nice stay in a residential area that is a short drive to area gulf beaches. The pool and hot tub area is very nice! Colleen was very helpful with info regarding the property and the area. Would definitely recommend!

Great get away with pool right outside your back door.

Perfect vacation!

This property was even better than the pictures showed and had more than enough room for our family of six. It also had everything we needed to make some amazing dinners in the lovely kitchen. We enjoyed the hot tub and heated pool every night and the location was close to so many amazing beaches. I highly recommend this rental!

Fun in the Sun

We had a wonderful time in Venice. The house was perfect. The pool and spa were a fantastic retreat in the cool evenings. From check in to check out Gerty and her staff were courteous and attentive.

Property was respectable not fancy.

Inside clean. Outside needed yardwork. Supplied with games for inside the house. Toys for the pool, beach, and bikes. Pool and hot tube were great! Missed not having a bathtub in either bathroom. Generally house was nice. Neighborhood had nice and rundown homes.
