We had a wonderful stay in Port Charlotte! The home was beautiful, comfortable, and a fantastic value. The sunsets from the pool were absolutely breathtaking. Kim’s communication was excellent from beginning to end—she was friendly, helpful, and always responsive. We would definitely stay here again. Five stars!

We had an amazing weekend in this beautiful home celebrating our friend’s birthday! The house is immaculate and I highly recommend adding on the pool/spa light package as our group was able to spend the most amount of time outside enjoying the gorgeous pool and hot tub. The kitchen has everything you need to make dinners and it’s quite spacious to move around in. Our host, Kim, was a dream and quick to respond to text messages. If you’re looking for a relaxing weekend getaway, this is the place to be!

One thing to highlight before continuing with my review was how the property owner purchased a highchair and pack and play to accommodate our family. As far as I’m concerned, this was above and beyond expectations from the host.This was a perfect house for an extended family and children. The heated pool was perfect and view of the canal sunsets were spectacular. All of the rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The smart TVs were a nice bonus for the bedrooms and living room as well as the outdoor patio. Conveniently located less than a half an hour from two different beaches. I can’t say enough about our time and enjoyment here.

An excellent value family Villa.

The Villa and our host - Kim (plus her team) - were excellent. We really enjoyed our stay. The fruit basket and wine on our arrival were greatly appreciated. Overall a lovely venue.

Awesome rental property

We were extremely impressed with this home. The host was very helpful, house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The pool and hot tub was used extensively by the grandkids.

Perfect home for a family vacation

The home was beautiful and the best part is the pool area over looking the canal. Beautiful sunsets. Kim offered exceptional service and went above and beyond to provide us with beach equipment for the 6 of us. We would rent this home again.

Amazing Stay!

This is an AMAZING home, great location, has all the comforts of home and lots of extras!! This was definitely a hit with the family and we will staying again! And, to top is off the host Kim is amazing! There were a few minor issues that she had taken care of right away and made sure our stay was the best!

excellent layout for 3 couples!

With 3 couples staying together the bedroom layouts were very nice for privacy! The owner was very attentive to anything we needed and got great response usually within the same day . We are already booked again for our next stay here very nice property!

Beautiful property, well equipped kitchen, all the comforts home. The family enjoyed fishing on the dock and gathering in the lanai and beautiful pool. The manager kept us updated on check in and provided additional information on activities. It was a great experience.

Enjoyed our stay

This home was great! We loved the location and the home itself. Kim, the property manager, was very responsive before, during and even after our stay. We left a couple of personal items in the home and Kim contacted us after we left and offered to mail them back to us free of charge.

Great vacation

I would like to express a big Thank You to Kim (owner) for a great time my family had at her property. Beautiful and large house, very clean, quite neighborhood, a good size of pool and spa. Kim has been on top all the time during our stay, very responsive and nice. We are looking forward to rent this house in future again!

Amazing Long Weekend!

We had an amazing long weekend staying here. There was a beautiful fruit bowl when we arrived, so nice. The house is very clean and spacious and has every amenity you could imagine. The pool was beautiful and I couldn’t get my husband out of the spa! We definitely recommend this house and we will be staying here again in the future.

Great Stay!

The property was exactly what was shown online. The host was very communicative especially since Idalia hit the day before our visit. The pool package was definitely worth it. Our families loved the wide variety of games and puzzles and the kitchen had everything we needed since we cooked all our meals during our trip.

Golf getaway

This is a very nice property with water, pool and spa. Well stocked and ready with simple instructions. The best part, though is the host. Kim is the best of anyone I've worked with in a VRBO deal. The best.
