The apartment is located 800m from the beach and the center on foot and 2 minutes from local shops (bakery, small supermarket). Come relax with family or friends. The apartment has 3 bedrooms including a master suite. With the terrace and the small garden you can enjoy a beautiful evening at sunset.

Très agréable séjour

Logement idéalement localisé, propre, bien équipé. Excellent accueil. Aucun souci au cours du séjour. Ce fut 2 très bonnes semaines pour nous.

Le logement est très confortable pour 6 personnes, je pense un peu juste pour 8 ! Sant'Ambrogio très sympa, par contre si vous avez des ados, ou jeunes adultes, il n'y a rien pour eux le soir et dans le logement pas d'internet (contrairement à ce qui était noter sur le site le jour de ma réservation!!). La plage de la punta spanu super. La climatisation très agréable. Pas grand chose à dire de négatif, terrasse extérieure très agréable sous les arbres, nous n'avons quasiment pas utilisé celle qui est à l'intérieur .

je remercie monsieur jp gurlie d'avoir formulé ses observations qui nous sont précieuses pour améliorer notre logement. concernant internet, c'est une érreur regrétable de l'annonce. notre logement sera équipé d'une connexion internet fi 2021 aprés intervention de l'opérateur orange sur son réseau. l'appartement est équipé de 8 couchages. la terrasse abrité a été équipée d'une baie vitrée à vantaux coulissants pour augmenter la surface habitable de 20 m2; ce qui porte la surface totale du logement à 77 m2.avec possibilité d'un couchage supplémentaire pour 2 personnes si nécessaire . nous allons remplacer la cabine de douche dans la dépendance fin 2021. le logement est donc équipé de 2 douches. le réfrigérateur a été remplacé en août 2021 capacité 301 l + congélateur 100 l.. cordialement jm stercq

Petit panne avec le lave vaisselle. Terrasse excessivement agréable. Y revenir afin de profiter de ce site merveilleux.
