About this property

Holiday apartment near the beach

We offer a furnished apartment, bright with a neat decoration, with a garage.
It is located 50 m from the beach, in a quiet street parallel to the dike.
This unit has 3 bedrooms equipped with wash basins. 2 of them also have showers. Linen and towels are not provided. There is no washing machine, but a laundry nearby.
The living room is 32m2, with TV screen TNT channels.
the kitchen is separate, equipped with fridge / freezer, dishwasher, mini oven, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker and electric kettle, toaster.
WIFI is available.
However, it is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
Rentals of a minimum of 3 nights are from 47 € according to the calendar and the seasons.
Water, electricity charges are included. Heating is extra on meter reading.
The tourist tax is 0.83 € per night and per person over 18 years.
Cleaning can be done by you or charged 45 €.
Deposit / Security deposit of 300 € is to be paid upon delivery of the keys.
The tourist tax, cleaning, the deposit can be added to the estimate on request or paid locally.
All shops, bakery, supermarket, fishmonger, restaurants, breweries are nearby, all on foot
Close to Belgium, Malo, Dunkirk, Flanders mountains, entertainment, theme park (Plopsaland).

Die Wohnung ist in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand, man hat keinen Strandblick. Wir fanden es toll, dass wir eine Garage hatten. Die Küche ist eher klein, aber gut ausgestattet. Es gibt genug Sitzmöglichkeiten. Es gibt 2 Duschen und eine Toilette. In der Toilette ist kein Waschbecken , dafür aber in jedem Zimmer. Man muss daran denken, große Bezüge für das Bettzeug mitzunehmen. Der Gastgeber war super nett und hat sich sehr gut gekümmert. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Chouette appartement, bien situé et bien aménagé! Pour quelques jours avec trois de nos petits-enfants, nous avons apprécié le garage pour y laisser bottes, pelles et jeux de plage et surtout les deux douches! Appartement très fonctionnel et bien décoré, accueil chaleureux tant à l'entrée qu'à la sortie. Un grand merci à nos hôtes! C'est certain, nous reviendrons.... Luc et Dominique

Het appartement ligt op wandel afstand van bakker, supermarkt en dergelijk. Alleen hadden we wel last van geur in onze kamer van de douche en veel lawaai van de buren. De tuin was niet onderhouden.

Appartement très bien pour une famille de 5 personnes. Très bien situé très proche de la mer, à côté de tous les commerces et tout est faisable à pied. Le garage est un luxe surtout si c'est la haute saison. Formalités d'entrée et sortir très simple et rapide avec une personne sympa.
