The situation in the water of this villa in the bay of Genn'e Pirri is exceptional.

A video presentation "VILLA GERAUDEL" on youtube and a very detailed website will be sent to future tenants to allow them any latitude to terminate.

In May 2019, we completed the development of a small annex to the villa.
It is completely independent and consists of a room with 2 pull-out beds, (2 separate beds or a double bed) a bathroom with shower and toilet, a kitchenette and a terrace.
All air conditioned and heated.

This villa offers a panoramic sea view and directly overlooks a sandy beach descending gently in a turquoise sea.

Literally surrounded by turquoise waters, the villa, with its southwest orientation, not only offers sumptuous sunsets, but keeps until November a sunshine major and a very pleasant temperature.

The garden that goes down to the beach, is embellished with multiple species: oleander, juniper, bougainvillea etc.

Rocks at the bottom of the garden keep holidaymakers away from their homes.

The house was built in 1957 according to the plans of Mario Strub. (Architect-builder of the Aga Khan on Costa Smeralda).

The villa is located 38 km east of Cagliari (40 minutes from the airport by a fast lane) and 15 km west of Villasimius which is at the southeastern tip of Sardinia.

A 400m walk by the beach, you can practically do everything without a car:

- go shopping in a supermarket; caterer, butcher, delicatessen, fishmonger, pizza, bazaar, hardware store, bar, etc.
- rent a boat, canoe, pedal boat, windsurf, paddle.
- buy cigarettes, newspapers.
- withdraw money from the cash machine.
- have a coffee or ice cream
- eat a pizza or salad or sit on the terrace of a restaurant.
- learn or dive on wrecks.
- Tennis: 1.5 km (football field, basketball and volleyball)
- Medical Office and Pharmacy: 2km

Lovely villa by the sea

My wife and I spent a super week in this villa. The decor is pleasantly neutral and the terrace, with its flower border and view of the sea, is a lovely place to relax. We didn't use the air conditioning much as we prefer the natural feeling, but when we needed it, it was good to have it there! The walk to the beach is a little rugged, and I'm not sure I'd recommend it for elderly guests. That said, it's worth it when you get there! Equally the supermarket is quite a distance by foot. Definitely do-able, but after the second trip carrying heavy food bags and water bottles, I was starting to wish we'd hired a car. There isn't a huge amount to do in the immediate vicinity other than relax (though that is what we went for, so not a problem for us). There are a couple of restaurants and a fun little beach bar. Other than that, beautiful sea, good swimming and a very friendly, local vibe on the beach. For just the two of us it was perfect (we like to have a bit of space). I'm not sure I'd take 10 adult guests as some of the bedrooms are a bit small/quirky, but the main ones are great. Nicola who brought us to and fro the airport was great, and Philippe was helpful too. The instructions for the house are only in French, so you actually need to know more French than Italian to stay in this particular villa :) Overall a really lovely week and we'd recommend the villa.
