Welcome to our Saratoga home! We're located just 7 miles from downtown Saratoga Springs and the racetrack! It's a beautiful ride past horse farms and along Saratoga Lake, arriving at our bright and spacious farmhouse in the countryside in under 10 minutes. Our house is a spacious, bright 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath farmhouse, with pristine wood floors, large windows, and a huge open floor plan, connecting kitchen and family room; space for your group to comfortably gather at day's end.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

things to improve

didnt notice a smoke detector and co detector. didn't notice if there was an ironing board. did not leave password for internet connection. tv was difficult to operate and limited number of channels . wasn't sure what was available in foodstuffs for our use, i.e. drinks in the refrigerator, food in the freezer.

Thank you for taking the time to review our place Anthony. I wanted to address some of your concerns in your review. We have smoke and carbon monoxide detectors in every bedroom/common areas such as the living room. If you EVER felt unsafe - you could have contacted us at ANY time and we would have been glad to point them out. Concerning the rest of the comments - we reached out to your VRBO account and personal email with instructions referring you to a ‘Welcome Pamplet’ that was sitting on the countertop with the keys underneath (which were used during your stay). It states: - TV instructions - What you could eat from the fridge/freezer - Locations of miscellaneous items such as ironing board/iron/cooking utensils etc. - Wifi Username and Password And most IMPORTANTLY - our contact numbers just in case you had any questions/comments or concerns.
