On the heights of a village in the heart of the Périgord Noir, close to SARLAT, not far from ROCAMADOUR, stands this magnificent contemporary villa offering a superb view of the Dordogne valley. Its calm and wooded environment will enchant you.
Perfectly integrated into the landscape, its modernity will allow you to enjoy an exceptional light and the comfort of a trendy interior design realized with the desire to create a warm and personal atmosphere. The four bedrooms have new quality bedding; each offers a decoration of its own. An umbrella bed and a high chair are available.

Up to 10 people can be welcomed in this house close to all trade (Center Leclerc - Farmer's Market - local markets). Thanks to its privileged geographical situation, you will admire, on a radius of 30 kms, the main patrimonial sites of the department of the Dordogne (SARLAT-DOMME-LAROQUE GAGEAC-BEYNAC-THE MILANDES etc ...) but also of Lot (ROCAMADOUR- PADIRAC-SAINT-CIRQ LAPOPIE- etc ...). Prehistoric enthusiasts will find their curiosity filled by sites such as LASCAUX-TURSAC-LA MADELEINE ...

5 minutes from the house, the Dordogne River and its beautiful beach will welcome you for leisure activities such as swimming, canoeing or fishing.
You can also practice cycling (bike path that connects Cazoulès to Sarlat), tennis, golf (18 holes 10 km).

The summer season is punctuated by numerous and varied cultural activities: JAZZ FESTIVAL SOUILLAC-FESTIVAL GAMES OF THEATER OF SARLAT- FESTIVAL OF SAINT-CERE (operas and concerts in the various places of the Lot).

Beautiful villa!!

The beautiful villa is situated very privately on a hillside overlooking the Dordogne valley. The home is exceptionally well furnished with very elegant features… many big windows, great outside lounging areas, swimming pool, and a well equipped kitchen. Nicole is a gracious host and readily available for any questions.

Amazing stay - We’ll be back!

The property is set in a lovely hillside location with easy access to Sarlat and Souillac. The property itself is better than we expected, and we had high hopes before arriving. The host Nicole has thought of everything you’ll need during your stay and the kitchen is so well equipped….the best we’ve ever experienced! The pool is a short walk down from the house through the lovely gardens, with a latched gate and fencing around the pool to keep little ones and dogs safe. Nicole was a brilliant host and available when needed and provided us with lots of useful information about the local area. We hope to be back soon!!

Sehr komfortables und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus. Alles war bei Übergabe blitzsauber, die Eigentümer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung geht weit über ein "normales" Ferienhaus hinaus. Der Pool ist gut zum Schwimmen geeignet und komplett eingezäunt. Auch die Gartenmöbel sind qualitativ hochwertig.Vom Wohnzimmer und der Terasse aus hat man/frau einen grandiosen Ausblick über das Dordogne-Tal. Die Lage nahe Souillac ist sowohl zum Einkaufen gut geeignet, als auch für Ausflüge im Perigord-noir.

Somptueuse villa dans un cadre agréable avec une vue à couper le souffle !

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine dans la Villa Nakalta ! La maison est très belle et spatieuse, et est aussi très fonctionnelle. Nous étions 9 et chacun bénéficie de son espace. Toutes les chambres sont spacieuses et lumineuses. L'espace de vie est très agréable, très bien décoré (avis aux amateurs de design et de mobilier scandinave) et ouvert sur un paysage magnifique qui ajoute au charme de l'endroit. La villa est très bien équipée. Nous avons trouvé tous les ustensiles et appareils dont nous avions besoin. Tout en étant bien au calme, nous avons apprécié la proximité des commodités, de nombreux lieux à visiter et d'activités de plein air. Nous avons également beaucoup profité de la piscine, longue et donc idéale pour nager. La communication avec Nicole et Jean a été très fluide. En plus d'être très sympathiques et accueillants, ils sont très réactifs et donnent plein de conseils et d'adresses ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir et recommandons largement la merveilleuse villa Nakalta !

Rare maison contemporaine dans la région

Nous préférons les maisons contemporaines, particulièrement lorsque, pour cette semaine passée dans cette région, nous avions invité nos enfants, petits-enfants et famille proche, total de six adultes, deux enfants et un bébé confortablement installés grâce aux trois salles de bains, trois WC. La maison, très lumineuse, installée à flanc de colline avec une vue spectaculaire, est très bien équipée, beaucoup d'ustensiles de cuisine, vaisselle et linge de maison, inutile d'apporter quoique ce soit. La piscine (que nous n'avons pas utilisée malgré la bonne météo) est en contrebas, protégée des visites des enfants par une porte sécurisée. La situation est au centre des principales visites de la région, d'un côté Gramat, le parc Préhisto Dino, le chemin de fer touristique et le gouffre de Padirac, de l'autre, Lascaux IV, Thot. Souillac à 10 minutes, Sarlat à 30 minutes. Sauf si vous préférez les vielles bâtisses, vous pouvez louer sans problème à cet architecte en retraite et son épouse, vous serez très bien accueillis.

Nous avons séjourné deux semaines dans la "Villa Nakalta" et nous ne regrettons absolument pas notre choix ! La maison est moderne avec des volumes spacieux et parfaitement agencés. La décoration a été réalisée avec beaucoup de goût. Rien ne manque et nous nous sommes sentis à la fois totalement en vacances et chez nous ! Monsieur et Madame CORNU, les propriétaires, vous accueillent comme des amis et sont véritablement aux petits soins pour leurs hôtes. La maison est située à l'épicentre d'une région qui regorge de sites remarquables à visiter et de spécialités à déguster... Nous sommes revenus avec quelques kilos en plus et la tête pleine de merveilleux souvenirs ... Si vous passez par là, n'hésitez pas et vous aussi choisissez la "Villa Nakalta" !

Propriété superbe et tout confort, décorée avec soins, vue magnifique.
