Our philosophy is simple, when we take time away from work and travel outside of the country, we want to be in a space that is happy, comfortable and COMPLETELY LUXURIOUS! FYI, TURKS AND CAICOS REQUIRES TRAVEL INSURANCE FOR COVID. WE RECOMMEND ADDING PROTECTION FOR CANCELLATION FOR ANY REASON, IT IS A VERY SMALL UP CHARGE TO DO SO. WE USE SEVEN CORNERS.
WELCOME TO POOLSIDE GOSSIP a chic one bedroom condominium with jaw dropping 180 degree views of the ocean. Only 10 steps from our private terrace dive into the pool, one of two located on one of the largest verandas in Turks and Caicos. There are ONLY FOUR UNITS in La Vista that offer a separate one bedroom and are as large as our unit. Did I mention it is on the most private corner? We waited six years after passing on buying one of these rare floor plans for another one to be available again for sale in 2019. We did not settle for less, nor should you on your vacation!! We are thrilled to share ours with you!

We designed the interior of our home with the best of everything. Knowing we would be sending a container to the island one time, quality was essential. All of the seating is from Mitchell Gold, and the art has been curated from around the world. The mattresses are a true Tempurpedic in the master, and a top of the line Sealy in the Murphy bed. If you choose to lounge on one of the two sofas you can gaze at the ocean or watch the 55 inch Samsung smart tv. You will find the kitchen to be fully stocked with gourmet cookware and knives, beautiful table ware and all the small appliances you need to make smoothies or soufflés.

The master bedroom is a private retreat. Large windows with ocean views and palm trees casting dreamy pictures for you from your bed. The luxurious bedding is in the league of the finest homes, exceeding the quality found in even a five star hotel. Pillows are available in down or a down altrnative to suit your preference. Robes are provided to enjoy coffee on the terrace.
There is a pull down Murphy bed to accommodate four guests. Our condo has two bathrooms, one with an oversized glass enclosed shower, the second is a powder room. As our guest, travel size spa shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion will be provided upon your arrival to allow you time to settle in before shopping.
You will see from the pictures there are stairs thru the center of La Vista. The parking garage is located at the top of the complex below unit, no need to walk stairs simply take the elevator. Most units do not have elevator access. Pool, privacy, corner location, 1200 square feet and the additional expanse of the poolside terrace four steps from your private terrace.

Why did we choose the name Poolside Gossip? The inspiration for the interior design is an original print of the famous photograph by Slim Aaron's titled, Poolside Gossip shot in the 1970's in Palm Springs California. The pool and terrace at La Vista Azul is very similar to the photograph. It is a bit of American nostalgia brought to the islands!
You will enjoy art from Majorca Spain, Santa Fe New Mexico, London England, Nashville and Memphis Tennessee, and Montvale New Jersey throughout the condo. All original works, we hope the collection makes you smile, entices you to relax and ignites your imagination!

We love the location of La Vista Azul, on the quiet end of Grace Bay and Turtle Cove Marina. The central location makes all parts of the island easily accessible. Grocery and wine stores, world class shopping and beaches are at your fingertips .

Turtle Cove Marina is below La Vista and is a fabulous place to grab lunch, dinner or cocktails at one of many restaurants. Enjoy socializing and dining with locals and fellow travelers at The Shark Bite, Magnolias, voted best view on island, or Baci. All are an easy stroll from the unit. Ask to buy some fresh fish when the boats come into the marina to cook at the condo. If you are feeling adventurous, charter one and catch your own dinner!

BEACHES
There are beaches worth seeing in every direction. Each one is equally beautiful and all with their own unique personalities. GRACE BAY is always rated one of the Best in the World and not to be missed. A nice stroll will take you to GRACE BAY from our beach. We are partial to OUR BEACH and here is why! The views change to multimillion dollar homes dotting the beach .2 miles away. Homes not resorts means no tightly packed rows of chairs. They are replaced with sea gulls, natural beauty, soft sand, blue water, and very few people. We consider it a hidden treasure! You are also a stone throw from Smith reef for amazing snorkeling.
Take a walk and be right on GRACE BAY or choose a quick 2 minute drive will take you along the 16 mile beach.
We recommend visiting SAPODILLA BAY to experience the renown calm cove with brilliant water. Locals serve great drinks and sometimes specials from the grill. Opt to rent a jet ski, paddle board, to just walk out hundreds of yards in the shallow turquoise cove. Dine at Las Brisas for a great meal. You know you have found Sapodilla Bay when you see the restaurant sign. Both are 10 minutes away!
Traveling to the NORTH SHORE you will pass The Conch Shack and we highly recommend you stop for rum punch and conch cooked fresh from the shell. There is little development and lots of natural beauty on the North Shore. A completely different experience only 15 minutes away.
Popular with kite boarders, LONG BAY is known for riding horses along the beach and is only 10 minutes from the condo and an unforgettable adventure!

La Vista location lets you go everywhere on the island with the most flexibility. Although we have designed our condo so that you may not ever wish to leave, Provo is a big island. It is worth seeing as much as you can! Rent a car and experience everything Turks and Caicos has to offer.
