"What a terrific place! The unit, a well-appointed and spacious 2BR/2BA, was perfect for us and our 2 college boys. The place was spotless, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The central location is great -- lots of restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. Nicola and her staff made the process so easy. We were greeted promptly upon our arrival, and they couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating . As soon as we walked into the unit, we were blown away by an expansive view of the most beautiful turquoise water we had ever seen. The beach is peaceful and SPECTACULAR, and the gorgeous infinity pool was a bonus. I highly recommend this place!"

  • Great place for quiet and privacy.

"This unit and the resort as a whole were very clean and well maintained. The balcony of the unit was one of the best on the resort because of the view and the shade it afforded all day. The hot tub which was surrounded by palms with the view overlooking the pool and the ocean was stunning, particularly in the evening and would be hard to match anywhere. You will need a car if you stay here. There is absolutely nothing nearby. Should you like to go to the restaurants in Grace Bay for dinner each night, you may find the drive back into an endless line of headlights tedious and nerve-wracking. The kitchen of the unit however, you will find very well equipped with every piece of equipment you might imagine, all in excellent condition. I think the owners could be a little more generous with the number of towels they provided, but we simply washed ours regularly in the washer dryer combo provided. This resort is very very quiet. If it's peace and privacy you seek, this is the place for you. I wouldn't bother going to the restaurant or bar. No one eats or drinks there, so no one really shows up to serve you or to bring you anything in any timely manner. By the time you are served lunch you could make a trip instead to one of the lesser known grocery stores like Quality where you will find staple foods half price of the tourist oriented IGAs. After you have done your shopping there, head to IGA for your few luxury items, deli foods and fancy cheeses. Save yourself a fortune over Grace Bay restaurant bills. If cooking on holidays really is your thing, go for lunch one day at Bugaloos which is a delight, then pick up some fresh caught fish from The Fish Market near there on the way home. Go crazy in the kitchen. We all got eaten alive by the hot tub at dusk on our last day by some kind of sand fleas or flies who left a lasting impression on us when we got home. I don't know much about these insects, but I know they are fairly common in the Caribbean. And I know now to make a hasty retreat should I encounter them again. The property manager hired by the unit owners to deal with renters is efficient and helpful. Overall it is hard to find fault with this unit at this resort. I would recommend it. Others guests at the resort did not all feel the same about the units they occupied, some of them finding particular units a bit shabby and in need of renovation."

  • Perfection!

"Our family of six had the most wonderful vacation! The description of the house does not do it justice, it was incredible! The house is brand new, beautifully decorated, and had all the desired amenities. Every room has its own bathroom and there is a powder room that can be accessed from both inside the house as well as from the pool area. Everything you would want in your own home can be found in this glorious home. The outdoor area and pool were just as luxurious. The beach is literally a two minute walk from the house, and was much less crowded than other areas of the beach, which was so nice. Brita and Jeff, the managers of Sunset Beach Villas are amazing! They are the nicest people who went out of their way to make every aspect of our vacation perfect! No detail was overlooked. They responded so quickly to our emails and provided us with a US phone number, making contact with them very easy and convenient. We rented a car which made for an easy trip to and from the airport as well as to all of the restaurants and activities. Prior to our arrival, Brita help us arrange for our rental car and made numerous dinner reservations at wonderful restaurants. We can not say enough good things about our vacation!"

  • Amazing location! Perfect for families with young children.

"The villa was just as expected. The site is amazing, the sea is breathtaking, in a location that is calm, away from tourism. We were 2 families with young children (from 3 to 10 years old). The sea is shallow and calm and because of these features, children can swim safely in it. If you are a swimmer and love to do laps, expect to do them in the sea since the pool is small and not very deep, but again perfectly suited for young children."
