  • Views, Peace & Comfort

"My family and I had an amazing visit at this beautiful home! I say home, because that's what it feels like, comfort and so beautifully decorated. This was our 8th trip to Turks, our first in this great house. The kitchen is large and well appointed with everything you'll need for breakfasts or dinners in if you choose to eat in, although the island has so many great restaurants. The family room area is comfortable and sat us and our teenagers perfectly with plenty of room. However, our favorite spot was the beautiful screened-in porch and pool area. The sunsets and views were spectacular. The beds are comfortable and clean, and the outdoor HOT shower is great for post-beach days. The location is perfect, 5 minutes to the grocery store and Grace Bay has lots of restaurants to choose from. We rented a car and tried out many new beaches and hidden gems. We will definitely be back, hopefully very soon! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! Christine & gang"

  • Great location!

"This was our first trip to Turks and Caicos and we can't wait to go back. The cottage is exactly like the pictures. Linda was very pleasant and easy to work with. We spent mornings and some evenings in the pool. The screened in porch offered a nice breeze and was a comfortable place to spend afternoons. It is about a three minute walk to the most beautiful beach. We rented a car but it is not necessary, you can walk to many of the restaurants and grocery store. We loved the french bakery! We did a couple of snorkeling tours - Island Vibes was the highlight of our trip! It was nice to be in the "heart'" of Grace Bay but secluded in our own little cottage!"

  • Suite Margarita

"My wife, 10 month old daughter & parents stayed at Suite Margarita last week. Upon booking, both the owner (Margarita) and property manager (Mel) reached out & provided great detail about the property. They assisted us with any questions & provided us brief updates leading up to our stay. Mel even set-up a taxi service to have a car seat upon arrival (Clayton from 3 C's taxi - was excellent). Before we arrived, Margarita, emailed an excellent welcome package with island details & more specific information about her suite. This information was excellent & would be a great reference guide to first time visitors. Upon arrival, Mel greeted us & showed us to our room, extremely easy process. The suite was beautiful, second floor, beach front property that was well appointed. If you have never been to the Turks, most of the properties are condo style will full kitchens, living rooms, washer/dryer, etc. Her suite had everything you could possibly need to cook bfast, lunch or dinner in your room. Villa Renaissance does not have an on site restaurant, but to be honest it is not needed. A dozen plus restaurants are within in a 2 to 10 minute walk on the beach or through the regent village/salt mills. All excellent. The grocery store, which is more like a whole foods or wegmans is less than a 10 minute walk to stock the suite. She has a cooler to pack items for the beach as wells as tennis rackets for the courts. Another great feature in my mind is a pass code system to access the suite. No keys that can be lost! Margarita suite has everything you could possible need while visiting Grace Bay! We will definitely return in the near future."

  • Ron & Rita

"We came to this nice and very clean guesthouse to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. Genevieve was a great host and was very responsive to our questions and provided great input about the island and special Places to visit. The pool is an added bonus and was very nice and peaceful. Screened in porch was great to eat breakfast or have a evening drink while watching the sunset. We will definitely return soon."
