Ocean Front Condo (2 unit house)! Private beach access and ocean front gazebo. Sleeps 14, 4 bed / 4 Bath: 6 Q Beds, 1 K bed. All bedrooms have private sink and toilet. Two bedrooms share a jack-n-jill shower or tub/shower. The main area has a new 60" TV with Hulu Live and Netflix. 1Gig WiFi to handle all your portable devices. The open concept of the dining area and living room provides a spectacular view of the ocean and has enough sitting area to hold great conversations. Having a separate well stocked kitchen provides space to prepare meals and helps reduce the noise to other parts of the condo. The four bedrooms are spacious and provides a relaxing and peaceful sleeping area. ( Open windows slightly and listen to the ocean waves). The covered porch is excellent space to relax in the shade and watch the ocean and dolphins. You're steps away from the outdoor shower that has seating and foot wash. The first floor unit has fewer steps to the beach and outdoor activities.

This is the first floor of a two level / 2 unit house.

We had a wonderful time and the house was amazing. Host was very helpful, even taking a late call when we couldn't find the lock box!On our next visit, we will definitely try to rent both units, cause it's a tiny bit awkward to share the yard... but it was worth it for all the nice outdoor features

Very nice accommodations for a weekend book club retreat. The house has everything you would want, and more. Ocean front. Initially had an HVAC issue, but that was quickly resolved. Would highly recommend.

Had a great stay! A few things needed to be fixed and they were very quick to come and fix anything! Place was very clean and has pretty much anything you’d need! Has one nice bed and the rest could use a mattress topper but other than that we had a wonder stay and would definitely stay again!

The condo was in excellent condition and extremely well-appointed inside and out. The only problem encountered was that the TV in the main living area did not work. May be an electrical issue as the adjacent light did not work either. I would certainly rent this unit again.

This was our first time to Ocean Isle and we loved it! This wonderful home directly on Ocean Isle Beach and adjacent to the public beach access had all the amenities for a comfortable and lovely stay. Would stay here again!

Are families are from MN and WI and fell in love with OIB while visiting friends several years ago. Mary Hardtke now resides in OIB about 50% of the time while Vicki and Dan Hardtke visit as often as possible when the kids are on school breaks. We purchased the top floor of the building a few years ago and jumped at the opportunity to purchase the lower unit as well.

Why they chose this property

Large ocean front home. There is nothing better than having a cup of coffee and listening to the ocean waves.

What makes this property unique

We try to make as much as possible stress free. When we visit, we want to relax and be on vacation and not deal towels, sheets, salt & pepper... that's no way to spend vacation (or the day before or after). The linen package include sheets and bath towels. Minor items (paper, garbage bags, laundry soap, common spices... are all provided. Show up and relax and enjoy your vacation.
