At the foot of the chairlift du Diable, renovated duplex apartment of 53m2 on the 5th and last floor of the residence (with elevator). Splendid view on the Muzelle. Located in a quiet area close to the city center and all amenities.
Composed on the ground floor of a bathroom, separate toilet, a large closet, a new kitchen open to the living-dining room (with sofa bed) and a large terrace of 8m2.
On the floor, consisting of a large double room (to accommodate one or two baby beds not provided), a sleeping area with a bunk bed, and a bedroom on the mezzanine with a double bed.

Great location

The property is in a great location, right next to the Diable chair lift, and 10 minutes walk into the centre of the town. The property was clean and plenty of room. There is a fantastic view from the balcony.

Loved staying at Virginie’s apartment. We were just steps away from the ski lift, rental store, restaurants, and bars. The view was amazing. Just be aware that it is a bit of a tight squeeze for more than 6 adults.

Beautiful location

We enjoyed our stay, the location was perfect and the check-in and -out processes were fairly seemless. However, we felt the listing didn't do a great job at explaining that there are not in fact 3 enclosed rooms, but 1 bedroom with a door, and 2 beds in the open area by the staircase, and 1 bed in the loft over the living room. This made it a bit hard for privacy among the group. We also felt that for a place that can host 6-8 people, we should have been given more than 1 set of keys. Outside of that, we felt we had what we needed.

Emplacement idéal au pied du télésiège et proche des commerces. Espace de vie sympa. Nombreux équipements. Espace chambres un peu moins agréable (une seule chambre fermée, une chambre en mezzanine ouverte sur le salon, une "chambre" dans le couloir. Service de conciergerie à améliorer (jamais joignable, pas de réponse aux demandes).

Une localisation parfaite

Cet appartement est très bien conçu et extrêmement bien localisé à 50 m du télésiège du Diable. Nous étions 6 adultes et ce logement était tout à fait adapté. La propriétaire est très sympathique et réactive à la moindre question. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir dans cet appartement.

Du bon et du moins bon : Appart 53

Appartement bien situé MAIS le service de conciergerie n'avait pas amené les draps et le linge de toilette(1 seule serviette de toilette par personne) pas de tapis de bain pas de torchons vaisselle . Il manquait une couette pour lit double.Au niveau des couchages,il manque plusieurs lattes au canapé clic clac et également au lits superposé donc mauvaises nuits. Pour finir impossible d'avoir les clefs du local à ski ainsi que le casier de l'appartement malgré plusieurs appels à la conciergerie. Nous avons du monter tout notre matériel( 7 personnes) dans l'appartement durant tout notre séjour. Amélioration nécessaire par rapport au prix de la location.

Bonjour, je suis très peinée d'apprendre tous ces désagréments après votre séjour. J'aurais aimé que vous m'appeliez pour que je puisse régler les problèmes rapidement. Nous avons du changer de conciergerie cette année et j'ai appelé pour faire le point avec la personne qui gère désormais notre appartement. Je m'excuse pour ces soucis, je suis soucieuse du bien être de mes locataires pendant leur séjour. C'est la première fois en plusieurs années que cela arrive.

Super Emplacement et bien équipé.

Logement très bien placé et conforme à l'annonce. Ascenseur utile pour ce 5ième étage. Super station. Amélioration à voir pour le prestataire du ménage et les vérifications nécessaires mais non faites par la conciergerie. La propriétaire a pris soin de prendre de nos nouvelles à notre arrivée.
