About this property

VILLA --

The house is spacious, comfortable, with large rooms. The kitchen is well equipped with utensils, necessary crockery or electrical appliances. In the center of a small village with grocery store and bakery open from Tuesday to Sunday morning. Land, swimming pool in summer, winter in front of the fireplace. Tranquility assured. In group or with the whole family, you will be able to benefit from it for your family reunion, between friends or for a few days of holidays.
no cleaning fee is added to the rental. The house must be made clean and tidy, vacuumed, washed. The dishes and appliances used must be left clean.
Not to mention the oven.

Housing

The accommodation is spacious (3 levels of 85 m²) and is particularly suitable for children and large families wanting to meet for a few days.
Stove + oven, large fridge + freezer, dishwasher, microwave, food processor Magimix, blender, coffee filter and Tassimo, raclette, stone grill and pancake, toaster.

The outdoor area is fully enclosed. Terrace equipped (chairs, tables and parasol), barbecue.

The rooms are divided on two floors.
There is a bathroom with bathtub on the ground floor and one with a shower on the second floor. Each level has a toilet.

We prepare the house and rooms according to the number of travelers.
The house is appreciated by travelers for its distinct spaces and which preserve the intimacy of each one.

We welcome you on your arrival to introduce you to the place. We can be present quickly in case of problems and we remain reachable to answer your questions if necessary.

Other remarks

The region is beautiful winter and summer. The many winegrowers in the region will be happy to show you around their estates. County fruiters (Jura cheeses) are also numerous. The nearest is at Desnes (10kms from the house). Lons Le Saunier, 23 km is a spa town. At the spa park, you will find the thermal baths where you will enjoy salt water at 32 °, the sauna and the jacuzzi.
To visit: the castle of Pierre de Bresse, the castle of Arlay.
You can organize fishing trips in the many ponds around the village.
Natural swimming pool Chapel Saint Sauveur (71) 14 kms, it is the plants that filter the water (first in France to use this process).

Large market every Monday at Louhans at 28 kms (71) city with 157 arcades, Thursday at Lons Le Saunier (23kms), Tuesday at Bletterans.
Region lakes (Vouglans, Chalain, Clairvaux, Ilay, Narlay ...) and mountains between 40 and 60 km.

Malgré le mauvais temps bon séjour dans le Jura. Grande maison idéale pour des vacances en famille ! Grand terrain, piscine et surtout la salle de jeu est géniale pour les enfants. Vous êtes sûr que vos enfants ne s’ennuient pas ! Location chouette et au calme nous recommandons !

UN AGREABLE WEEK-END

Très bon séjour dans une maison d'une propreté rigoureuse, équipée de tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin et confortable malgré le temps pourri que nous avons eu. Family gathering

We had a lovely week here with 3 families - 6 adults and 8 kids! The house and property had plenty of space for everybody and we even managed to have all 14 people enjoy meals together around the large tables inside and out. The kids loved the pool, the swings and playhouse, and the huge garden for playing football and cricket. We particularly appreciated that the pool and the entire property was securely fenced so the adults could relax knowing the children were playing safely. Thank you Sylvie and Christophe for creating a wonderful space for our family holiday!

Tolles Haus, riesiges Grundstück, hervorragende Ausstattung!

Sylvie und Christophe sind sehr nette Gastgeber und haben uns freundlich empfangen und alles erklärt. Beide sprechen französisch, Sylvie hervorragend deutsch und Christophe tolles englisch! Das Grundstück ist komplett umzäunt und dadurch für Hund und (kleine) Kinder super geeignet. Es ist ausserdem wahnsinnig groß und es gibt einen Spielplatz für die Kids mit Holzhaus, Rutsche und Schaukeln. Das Haus ist ebenfalls riesig und hat eine absolut beeindruckende Ausstattung. Die Anzahl der Schlafplätze von 16 ist das Eine, aber eine Ausstattung die durchaus für die doppelte Anzahl reicht ist das Andere. Besteck, Geschirr, Töpfe und Pfannen, alles rund um die Küche wie Mixer und Pürrierstäbe sind mehr als ausreichend und auch einen Kaffee zum Frühstück gibt es für ALLE Gäste gleichzeitig, da sogar 2 Kaffeemaschinen verfügbar sind. Alles ist sauber und in einem wirklich guten Zustand. 2 Bäder und eine zusätzliche Toilette sollten reichen und auch die große Terasse reicht für Alle. Ein Highlight ist das tolle, große und gut ausgestattete Spielzimmer für die Kids. Was uns vorher gar nicht so bewußt war ist der ABSOLUT TOLLE POOL!!! Riesig, super sauber, toll angelegt, einfach DAS HIGHLIGHT des Hauses. Wir haben uns wirklich SEHR wohl gefühlt und werden bei Gelegenheit gerne wieder anfragen. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung, auch für kleinere Gruppen. (wir waren 5 Personen) Vielen Dank Sylvie und Christophe!!!

Très bien pour une famille de 3 générations. Beau WE de Pâques.

Grande maison, agréable, qui a accueilli les 3 générations de notre famille. Équipement au top. Nous avons apprécié nous asseoir autour de la grande, très grande, table ronde où nous avons pu prendre les repas du soir à 11 tout en gardant de l'aisance. Le beau temps nous a permis de prendre les déjeuners sur la terrasse. Les enfants ont pu disposer de la salle de jeu fournie en jeux et jouets pour des âges différents. Un grand choix de lectures aussi, pour petits et grands. Et merci pour les petites attentions dans les chambres, surtout sur les lits des enfants... Ce gite mérite d'être recommandé.
