Beautiful, cosy country house "Alexandre", built in 1892, surrounded by meadows and fields. 800 m from the centre of La Chapelle-Saint Sauveur, 7 km from the centre of Pierre de Bresse, outside the resort, 40 km from the centre of Beaune, in a secluded position, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property 1 ha with wildlife garden and trees, natural garden, meadow, pond, swimming pool (above ground) (4.60 m diameter, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Parking on the premises. Shop 800 m, supermarket 7 km, bus stop 750 m, outdoor swimming pool 1 km. Fishing possibilities 1 km. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied. Partially fenced land.

Super nette Hausverwalterin. Anfang November war es schon recht kühl, mit Feuer im Kamin aber trotzdem sehr gemütlich. Sehr ruhig gelegen, perfekt zum Entspannen. Im Ort zu Fuß zu erreichen sehr gute Bäckerei und hervorragendes Restaurant (Mittags–Menü um 13–15€, sollte man eigentlich jeden Tag hin...) Reisetipps: Montags Hühnchen–Markt in Louhans. Museum in Pierre–de–Bresse. Herrlicher Fahrradweg durch die Weinberge um Beaune, z.B. Beaune–Chagny 25km. Altstadt von Dole. Als Ausgangspunkt für Besichtigungen liegt das Haus eher nicht so optimal, weiß man aber vorher.

Tolles Haus!
Ein wirklich wunderschönes Haus, es gibt alles, was man braucht, sehr ruhig, abseits gelegen, perfekt zum Ausspannen. Mittagsmenüs in der Auberge de La Chapelle (direkt im Ort, neben dem Bäcker, sehr gutes Brot) und im Nachbarort La Chaux sehr zuempfehlen.

Die Atmosphäre ist sehr gut. zu beachten? Hellhörig ist das Haus schon, aber insgesamt waren wir hochzufrieden.Schöne Lage. Reisetipps: Die Möglichkeiten der Landschaft des französischen Jura neben der kulturellen Vielfalt Burgunds im Auge behalten.

Das rustikale Ferienhaus befin...
Das rustikale Ferienhaus befindet sich in einem gepflegten Zustand. Sehr viel Neben–gelass zum Aufenthalt im Freien ist vorhanden. Wer die Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Im Ort gibt es noch einen richtigen Bäcker. Alles weitere ist im Nachbarort Pierre de Bresse zu haben. Reisetipps: Ein Fahrzeug ist unbedingt nötig. Sehr schöne und ruhige Region. Empfehlenswert sind die Orte Dole, Beaune, und Dijon. Montags lohnt auch ein Besuch des Wochenmarktes in Louhans, allerdings sollte man zeitig vor Ort sein, um noch einen Parkplatz zu bekommen.

Sehr schönes, super eingerichtetes, Haus auf tollem Grundstück. Angenehme, freundliche Verwalterin. Ruhige Lage mit vielen Möglichkeiten die nähere Umgebung zu entdecken oder einfach Zeit am Haus zu verbringen.Tipp! Reisetipps: kurze Trips z. B. nach Dijon, Beaune, Châteauneuf, Macon sowie deren tolle Umgebung mit zauberhaften Dörfern in den Weinbergen und beindruckenden Burgen (La Rochepot) und Felsen (Solutre). Niedliche Städtchen, Wasserfälle und Seen in der Franche–Comte im Osten.
