About this property

Vacation rental, in the heart of Bacolod City Philippines close to SM Mall,

This property is our ancestral home, its a house, duplex style. the other side, I rented as an office space, for my non-profit business. the other side is my VRBO rentals. Property is gated, with a wide open patio, I use for venue rentals, and for my humanitarian activities. Outside cooking, bathroom on the private room, a small sink for cleaning dishes, kitchenware is provided, Refrigerator, microwave, aircon and wifi.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
