Barn 250 m², indoor pool 29°C, 1 ha park

Former 250 m² barn renovated for 12 guests, in the heart of a private 1-hectare wooded park with no overlooking neighbours. Indoor pool heated to 29°C all year round. Each room has its own theme: tropical, industrial, African, seaside. Beaches and O'Gliss Park 5 min by car, Puy du Fou 1 hour away, Vendée Vélo cycle route 50 m away. Ideal for families, family reunions, birthdays and weekends with friends, in summer as well as off-season.

THE PROPERTY

🏊 11 x 4 m indoor pool heated to 29°C from January to December, under a glass enclosure, not overlooked, secured (rolling cover + alarm). You can swim in November just as well as in July.

🛏️ 5 sleeping areas, 12 beds
- Bedroom 1 (ground floor): 160 x 200 bed
- Bedroom 2 (ground floor): 160 x 200 bed
- Independent studio (ground floor): 160 x 190 bed + 2 bunk beds, perfect for a family
- Mezzanine 1: alcove with 140 x 190 bed, under a sloping roof
- Mezzanine 2: alcove with 140 x 190 bed, under a sloping roof
The alcoves are ideal for children and teenagers.

🛁 3 bathrooms (one with a bathtub) and 2 toilets

🍳 Kitchen equipped for 12: oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Dolce Gusto, toaster, full set of dishes.

🛋️ Living spaces: large living room with fireplace, leather sofa and armchairs, TV, large table for 12. Games room with René Pierre table football and board games. Workspace and wifi.

🌳 Outdoors: 1-hectare park, terraces, sun loungers, barbecue, pétanque, table tennis, private parking.

🧺 Practical: washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner.

👶 Baby (on request): cot, high chair, changing table, baby bath.

GUEST ACCESS

The whole estate is yours: house, studio, pool and park. Self check-in via key box.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

- Bed linen and towels provided, beds made on arrival. End-of-stay cleaning included in the cleaning fee.
- Please sort your waste and leave the barbecue clean.
- Pool: the alarm must be deactivated and then reactivated each time you use it. Children must remain under their parents' supervision and be accompanied by an adult who can swim.
- Off-season, the barn and its heated pool are perfect for Christmas, New Year, a family reunion or a seminar in the countryside.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette agréable maison. La piscine est bien chauffée et grande, le terrain agréable et tranquille, la maison bien équipée. Toutefois, il est noté sur l'annonce au niveau des équipements que: 7 Vélos sont à disposition pour profiter des nombreux sentiers et pistes cyclables à proximité. Nous n'avons pas vu de vélos. Dommage ! Pas de jeux de piscine non plus. Merci de revoir l'annonce et les jeux de piscine. Nous conseillons cette location.

Agréable sejour

Accueil très sympathique. Maison spacieuse et hyper grande piscine avec de nombreux jeux. Grand parc arboré. Propriétaires à l'écoute et facile à joindre. A refaire une autre année.

Bel endroit

Le séjour s'est très bien passé. Agréable propriété oû on pouvait toujours trouver un endroit soit à l'ombre ou au soleil, selon ce que l'on cherchait. Un seul inconvéniant, des cafards dorés s'invitent les derniers jours à table. Les enfants comme les grands ont trouver leur compte. Cordialement Bernadette

Havre de paix

Belle bâtisse avec des occupations pour tout âge . Cependant quelques rafraîchissements seraient les bienvenus (certaines portes et fenêtres fermant pas ,salle fitness sur sol irrégulier comme table ping-pong ) Très bel espace vert .

Il y avait de nombreux équipements très utiles : piscine couverte, table de ping pong, babyfoot et équipements de sport, c'était très bien, mais l'énorme problème était la propreté des lieux : four très sale, moutons sous les lits... le ménage semblait ne pas avoir été fait.

Fabulous Holiday

The Villa and grounds were beautiful. Lots of amenities to keep us all entertained including a lovely pool, table tennis, table football, games, badminton, bikes & lots more. Very clean and nicely presented. Would love to return again in the future. :)
