Weekend stay

Memorial weekend stay

This house was easy to access either coming from Ponca or leaving the boat ramp. As we spent as much time on the water as we could when we came home we had plenty of space for the whole group to stay comfortably.

Get a way

There was five of us all women, all over 60. We had a wonderful time, playing games and eating food and just enjoying ourselves. The hiccups that we found were the railing that you climb up the stairs to enter the trailer were loose and coming apart from the post. The floors were sticky when we got there. There were numerous dead huge flies in the master bedroom bathtub that were dead, and we killed two numerous to count. Large flies in the house. we just think the cleaning crew could have done a better job prior to us coming..

Great place to stay close to Kaw

Perfect place for us to stay for a hunting trip close to Kaw Lake. House was clean, everything as described. Definitely recommend.

Enjoyed our time there

Great parking are, plenty of room to park our boat and vehicles, close proximity to lake/boat ramp, dollar general and convenient store right down the road, large front patio, we used the grill every night. Our toddler loved the swing set.

The house was perfect for our little family. Close enough to the lake to be convenient but far enough away for nice quiet nights. Cozy spot that really felt like Grandma's house.

The house was great. It met our needs very well. We met for an extended lake weekned and it had everything we needed. There was room to park the boat and all our vehicles.

Short lake get away!

Our family loved it here! Great location and it was well cleaned. The porch is amazing at night with glow bugs everywhere. It’s quite magical.

Wonderful getaway

We all really enjoyed our stay!! We were all so impressed with the extra stuff that was there for our convenience. We were a little disappointed that the WIFI was not available and it was listed. It was the whole reason we picked this place. HOWEVER, it turned out great because we had a great time!!! The owner even went above and beyond and shipped me some items that I had accidentally left. Highly recommend this place!!!!

My husband & I are retired & loving it! We have 12 grandchildren & 3 great grandchildren! Many of the grand kids grew up playing here. They loved to boat and play on the lake. My sons love to fish any time they get a chance here at the lake. We live just 10 short miles from this house.

Varför värden valde detta boende

During the off season I have rented to people that come from out of town to work. Send me an email & I will help work the details out. Hunters have been having great luck in the area when they come to hunt the public hunting areas nearby for ducks, turkey, deer, and geese. There are plenty of fish in the lake for those who love to fish!

It is the perfect place to come for quiet peaceful get-away. We now have a Dollar General 2 miles away in Kaw City where you can get suntan lotion or the things you might need for dinner or go to Kaw One Stop and order a pizza to go. They are delicious!
