The apartment is a three-room apartment which is about 70 meters from the sandy beach.
Finely furnished, it is located on the first floor, it consists of a large living room where there are two double sofa beds, two double bedrooms, a kitchen with small laundry area and bathroom with shower.
From the living room there is a large balcony overlooking the sea directly.
The apartment is equipped with TV, washing machine, internal parking space, there are also bicycles available, freely usable.
It is less than 70 meters from the beach and a five minute walk from the center, which can be reached via the promenade.
Pets are allowed after telephone contact.
The beach is sandy, both free and equipped, easily accessible on foot or by bike.
There is the possibility of practicing water sports, surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing and more, diving and boat trips.
San Foca is a small quiet fishing village center, it offers a wide variety of typical restaurants with fish specialties and more.
Along the coast, reachable also by bike, there are numerous kiosks that offer sea urchins and other seafood to be enjoyed directly by the sea.
There are also several beaches and clubs that organize evenings and events almost daily.
A few hundred meters away you can observe the archaeological excavations of Roca Vecchia, as well as bathe in the beautiful natural swimming pool called Poesia.
In a few minutes by car you can also reach Lecce and Otranto.
