Wonderful home!

Our large dance group used the rental for the weekend and all us had more than enough space. The owners were just a text away and responded quickly. Will definitely use them again the next time we're in Memphis ❤️

Great home for families

We rented the home over the Christmas holiday to hold our family and my in-laws. The house is beautiful and bigger than it looks in the photos. The owner was very accommodating in putting up a Christmas tree so that my 2 yr old didn’t worry about Santa visiting us. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Would recommend this home for any family or group looking for a cozy environment but also enough room for people to have their own space.

Family Christmas Vacation

We enjoyed our stay very much. The home is clean and plenty spacious for 6 adults and 6 children. Would love to rent from the Wootens again if we are ever in the area.

Holiday retreat was perfect

We had a awesome and relaxing stay at the Wooten homestead! We loved the spaciousness and how the rooms flowed to the family areas. It was perfect for our holiday family gathering. Thanks again! Bob

bad stay

There was no party first of all. Secondly there were no cars parked in the grass. Im having a hard time with you saying we left this home uncleaned. After removing linens from a stain mattress and pillows in the masterbedroom we were left speechless. I guess it was a good idea of me to take pictures of the disgusting bed I slept in for two nights. In addition the shower that had used bars of soap in it didn't score points with me either. Not to mention a refrigerator and pantry full of food. So once I found out you were a Kappa I tried to over look these blatant horrid conditions. So I gave you great rating but to my surprise you left negative reviews on me. Again I'm glad we took pictures that I will be sending to VRBO."

Your comments and ratings are contradicting, however thanks for staying. You guys did not communicate effectively when asked to re-plug camera system for exterior security you guys purposely unplugged to disguise the party you were hosting. Cars were in lawn, smoking transpired and you left windows up to air out the property. What you failed to realize is neighbors on perimeter has cameras that captured footage as well.

Man Week!

Fantastic house for your family vacation in the Memphis area. Easy access to the airport, restaurants and downtown Memphis. The owner was a delight to work with. Checked in with us to make sure we were ok after a storm rolled through! Now that is customer care.
