***Monthly rent is $1,595.*** This oversized tiny house has a bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom with a walk in shower. And a laundry room with a washer and dryer!
FULL SIZE appliances and a fully stocked kitchen, coffee bar, and gas fireplace is yours! TV and high speed Wi-Fi are included as are all toiletries, bedding, and towels.
Drink your coffee or favorite beverage on the oversized deck while sitting in rocking chairs overlooking the countryside. Relax in the spa or enjoy the fire pit.
There are 12 windows! And there are shades for privacy.
This oversized tiny home is part of the five star Canton Cottage property.
When outdoors, pets must be in the fenced in yard or in a leash. No free roaming pets allowed.

This property is on a paved dead end road so it is peaceful and beautiful. It is 10 minutes to Canton, 45 minutes to Tyler, and one hour to downtown Dallas.
