Come and relax and enjoy a nice house (64m2) located in a secure luxury residence near the bay of Santa Guilia.
At the heart of the most beautiful sites in southern Corsica (1.2 km from Santa Giulia beach, 5 km from Palombaggia, 30 minutes from the mountains), you can also enjoy on-site two swimming pools (including a heated indoor) and a fitness room.

The house is composed of:
• A beautiful terrace of 32m2 partially covered with stunning views (South-West exposure). It is equipped with garden furniture and a Weber barbecue.
• A beautiful living space with fully equipped kitchen (ovens, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee makers ...) open to the living room with a sofa bed (160 Sleeping)
• Two bedrooms (160 & 180 beds) with ample storage space.
• A bathroom with large walk-in shower. Separate WC.
• Wifi, air conditioning, TV, board games, linen and towels provided, final cleaning included.
Possibility of loan of baby equipment.
Grocery and restaurants are 3 minutes from the residence, supermarket 5 minutes by car, the city center of Porto-Vecchio 7 km, Bonifacio 20 minutes and Figari (Airport) 25 minutes.
3 nights minimum off season.
7 nights minimum season. (July August)
Tourist tax: 1 € / day / person (free -13 years old).

Très bon séjour

Appartement très bien équipé, propre et agréable à vivre. Superbe vue de la terrasse sur les collines et la piscine. Seul petit bémol, la proximité de la petite route d'accès à Santa Giulia qui s'entend depuis la terrasse. Mais à cette période de l'année (fin avril-debut mai) ce n'était pas une nuisance. A voir en haute saison.

Ce fut un séjour merveilleux dans un logement magnifique et une île à couper le souffle.

Nous sommes ravis d’avoir été dans ce beau logement. Un logement où on se sent vite comme chez soi, extrêmement bien situé avec une vue apaisante sur les montagnes. Il ne manque rien. Lorsque vous y poserez vos bagages vous n’aurez plus envie de repartir.

Agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans cet appartement et avons eu la chance de croiser le propriétaire qui est très sympathique et nous a donné plein de conseils pour les visites et resto à faire dans les environs. L’appartement est très bien équipé et dispose d’une vue magnifique. Étant venus en hors saison, nous étions quasiment seuls dans la résidence et c’était très appréciable. Nous avons pu profiter des deux piscines et de la salle de sport sans aucune difficulté.

Entspannter Aufenthalt

Schon vor Anreise fühlen wir uns gut aufgehoben. Es gab rechtzeitig Informationen zur Anreise und der näheren Umgebung. Bei Ankunft wurden wir freundlich begrüßt. Die Wohnung war tipptopp! Wir fühlten uns sofort wohl. Da ruhig und doch zentral gelegen war die Wohnung guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen. Die Übergabe am Ende unseres Aufenthalts war noch einmal mega nett 😊 - vielen Dank! Wir kommen gerne wieder ☺️
