Beautiful apartment on the first line of golf with a large terrace from which you can enjoy a superb panoramic sea view. Quietly located in a small residence very well maintained with a beautiful garden. You can relax on the sun loungers provided by the pool. Ideal for its location near the sea (500 m), restaurants, shops and golf.
It is 1 hour from Malaga airport, 35 minutes from Gibraltar and Marbella, 10 minutes from Estepona.
The seaside resort Estepona is 10 minutes away. A promenade lined with palm trees and flowers, the Paseo Marítimo, along the Playa de la Rada. Nearby are the restaurants. The old town, full of whitewashed buildings, is centered around Plaza de las Flores flower-filled square. An excellent base for discovering Andalusia very rich in culture and landscapes.

Absolutely amazing holiday in a gorgeous apartment, everything was spotless and clean. Lovely spacious apartment with everything we could have wished for. Lovely apartment. Super clean. Balcony was amazing.

Spent 2 weeks making this apartment our home. It was very clean and well equipped. Contacting the rep for check in and check out was nice and easy. British TV Netflix was welcomed by my kids. Adults and kids loved chilling out on the large balcony. Thank you for having us.

The view was better than anticipated, the condo has everything one would need for long or short term, The host was responsive and accommidating.. the only negative would be lack of restaruants w/in walking distance. We would recommend this unit .

Very Enjoyable Stay

What a lovely apartment, so clean and well maintained. Very well kitted out with everything you could possibly need. Entry to the apartment block was via a coded gate so we felt very safe. The gardens and pool area were so beautifully kept, you couldn't help admire the manicured gardens whilst walking through. There was plenty of parking in the road right outside.. The apartment had a large balcony/terrace overlooking the 18th hole of the Dona Julia Golf Club so we were kept entertained watching all the golfers. We were visiting for the Solheim Cup which was only 10 minutes away so we were very happy. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Stylish home from home apartment with outstanding views of the Mediterranean sea

Just had a wonderful 3 month winter let in this very smart apartment. We never tired of the amazing view of the Med and golf course 18th from the spacious balcony with very comfortable seating every day. The quality of the apartment itself was of a high standard and very easy to keep tidy and clean. The main bed was very comfortable and our guests also commented that the twin beds were very comfortable too. Communications with the host Francine was 1st class from the booking stage to us departing. The grounds as you enter the block are very well maintained with lush planting making a pleasurable welcome every time we opened the access gate. The communal pool looks inviting with a grassy area and sun beds however we did not use as we stayed over the winter. In our view, you do not need a car if you are happy to walk the 15 minutes to the nearest beach “Casares Costa”, there are easily walkable restaurants of all cuisines along the coast (La Choza -Spanish cuisine at the entrance to Dona Julia is a must too) and in Sabinillas itself, there are also independent food shops and 3 supermarkets within an easy 20 minute walk. On sunny days the glorious sunrise views from the balcony will remain with us for ever.

Location idéale

Appartement parfait sur tous les points: propre, idéalement situé, vue superbe sur le golf et la mer, bien équipé, lits confortables. On peut marcher pour se rendre au golf Doña Julia, au supermarché, à la mer, à plusieurs restaurants. Nous avions tout de même loué une voiture et c’est facile de se rendre dans les autres villes voisines. Que ce soit Ronda, Estepona, Marbella, Ojen, Mijas, Malaga, Gibraltar, etc. L’entretien extérieur du complexe est impeccable. Le condo est juste parfait et nous y avons passé 53 jours. Je recommande cet endroit et nous espérons y retourner l’an prochain.

wunderschönes Appartement

Die Anreise zum Treffpunkt gestaltete sich schwierig, da die deutsche Übersetzung der Anreisebeschreibung sehr ungenau war. Wir hätten einen Treffpunkt direkt vor der Golfanlage besser gefunden. Nach Ankunft erwartete uns eine wunderschöne und komplett perfekt ausgestattete Wohnung. Ein PKW ist unserer Meinung nach notwendig für Ausflüge und Besorgungen. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen und werden sicherlich noch einmal zurückkommen.

Positivo: apartamento igual o hasta mejor que en las fotos , zona muy tranquila , vistas desde la súper terraza espectaculares , la piscina es pequeña pero no hay casi nadie Mejorable : las almohadas son de juguete Negativo: llegue y aunque en el anuncio ponía que tiene parcela de garaje la mía estaba ocupada,me ofrecieron otra pero el mando del garaje estaba roto y entre unos y otros me he ido del apartamento sin meter el coche en el garaje, la dueña me ha dado una pequeña compensación económica.

Perfekt für Geniesser und Golfer

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Wohnung mit Stil und Liebe zum Detail gefunden und geniessen dürfen. Direkt am Golfplatz Dona Julia, traumhafte Sonnenaufgänge. Es fehlt an Nichts. Alle Restaurants in Puerto de la Duquesa sind innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreichbar. Diverse Golfplätze in 10-20Minuten Entfernung. 2 kleine Sachen könnten verbessert werden: die Kaffeemaschine. Die Garagentoren sind suboptimal eingestellt. Man muss auf der Strasse stehen, bis das erste Tor sich öffnet. Mit wenig Verkehr, kein Thema. Herzlichen Dank für diese Wohnung in welcher man sich umgehend zu Hause fühlt.

Great experience with the rental process. Good communication with the property owner. Very prompt responses on all of our questions. The only minor trouble we had was when we called the property manager to tell him we were on the way he wanted the address and apartment number. He could not help when I provided the property location or my name. I had to call him back and provide the exact address as I was given it. He still could not reference what I was talking about. When he asked where I booked it I told him VRBO and he replied I do not use them. When I mentioned the property owners name he got it. Other than that the entire process was easy and the property was fabulous.
