This place is on 2 acres with 300' of river frontage. A great spot for people who like the outdoors.

You can find rare and endangered species here.
Excellent river to canoe/kayak, boat, hike etc. Numerous Parks and St Clair conservation's areas.
Canoe & boat rentals rentals are available in this area. This is a older that is has been recently painted and renovated. The house was to big for me and one child, so I made a self contained guest apartment with its own small kitchen and living room. Upstairs has a large Master Bedroom with a really comfortable King size bed and the bathroom. This room connects through a door to 2 other bedrooms with 2 beds that are on top the original part of the house. Its ideal for out of town worker(s), families and groups that don't mind that the other 2 bedrooms are connected by a door.
There is a comfortable pull out couch downstairs.
The place can sleep up 6 to 8. Plus there is a air bed (2).
I also have a old Jayco 30'camper with a/c 4 to 6 more on a short term stay with advance notice to get it ready.
Bathroom is upstairs, it is a 3 pc w/ no shower but there is a shower available in the other unit that can be used with advance notice.
Linens and towels are provided. Just about everything you need is here and then some, but if you are particular feel free to bring your own. You will find it CLEAN and it is a 4 seasons.
The guest apartment has a separate entrance.
I do include a breakfast that will be in the fridge. Anything that is in there or on shelves you are welcome to.
It is very private and overlooks the the river and the nice yard with mature trees.
There is a fire pit and BBQ. Large open areas for yard games, horse shoes, volley ball, access to the River on snowmobile or boat.

The River.
The Sydenham supports an incredible variety of aquatic life. At least 82 species of fish and 34 species of freshwater mussels have been found here, making it one of the most species-rich watersheds in all of Canada.
Several species in the Sydenham River are found nowhere else in Canada, and some remain at only a few locations globally. Some mussels and reptiles which live in and around the Sydenham River are nationally and provincially Species at Risk.
The river in Kent County, Lambton County and Middlesex County in southwestern Ontario, Canada, flowing southwest from its source west of London, Ontario and emptying into Lake Saint Clair. The length of the river is 165 kilometres (103 mi) and it drains a watershed of approximately 2,700 square kilometres (1,000 sq mi). The river flows through the towns of Strathroy and Wallaceburg. It was named after Lord Sydenham, governor of Canada from 1839 to 1841.
Unusual concretions, composed of calcite, can be found near this river. These are known as "kettles" because they resemble the bottom of a large kettle.
