About this property

House in the middle of vineyards with enclosed garden, ideal families

The Clos de la Chataignère is ideally located, not far from Bordeaux and Saint Emilion. The house offers a beautiful view of the vineyards in a particularly quiet place, and the large walled garden is ideal for families or to relax. The house has been renovated in 2017 with care. The equipment for children are available (baby bath, high chair, etc ...). There is also a plancha and deckchairs to relax in the garden. Since Verac, it is easy to visit Bordeaux or Saint Emilion or one of the many small villages around. Hiking and mountain bike trails are nearby, as well as a horse riding center. Many wine growers in the area offer wine tastings. The Clos de la Chataignère therefore allows you to choose a refreshing holiday, gastronomic, cultural or sports.

Très belle maison, superbement rénovée et très bien équipée. Même les verres de dégustation pour apprécier les Saint Emilion et autres crus sont prévus ! Le cadre, au calme, en plein coeur des vignes tout en étant à 30 min de Bordeaux est idéal. Valérie, qui nous a accueillis est charmante et pleine de bons conseils pour les adresses utiles de la région. Un inconvénient : le temps y passe trop vite ...
