Very nice house of 200 m2 located 10 km from the ski slopes.
The region is ideal in winter for snowshoeing, cross-country or downhill skiing
and summer for mountain biking and hiking

Notre groupe familly avons décidé de passer un séjour à la neige. Groupe de 14 personnes avec enfants nous avons trouvé ce gite sur le site. AprÚs avoir pris contacte et établi un contrat, nous avons été acceuilli par la maman du propriétaire personne trÚs agréable. Pendant que les jeunes profitaient des pistes de skis, nous nous profitions à la fois du jaccuzi, du sauna ainsi que du baby foot et jeux de fléchettes. Un séjour trÚs agréable dans une maison bien pensée et tout confort. Merci Lionel

Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour mĂȘme si la mĂ©tĂ©o n'Ă©tait pas au rdv. La maison est trĂšs spacieuse et agrĂ©able. Un cadre idéal pour un séjour entre amis/en famille

Accueil chaleureux et efficace du propriétaire (Lionel). La maison est trÚs grande et bien agencée (deux terrasses, deux salles de bains...). Encore mieux équipée que le laisse penser le descriptif et disposant de nombreux "jeux" (table de ping-pong, terrain de pétanque, molki, jeux de fléchettes...).

Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon week-end de PĂąques dans le gĂźte. TrĂšs bonne situation, par rapport au soleil. La proximitĂ© de La Bresse, ne gĂȘne pas du tout, au contraire c'est un avantage. L'agencement du gĂźte est bien pensĂ©. Bonne isolation thermique et phonique. Adresse Ă  conserver et Ă  diffuser. Merci Lionel.

HĂŽte qui profite des locataires pour entretenir son gite

En effet, malgrĂ© un gite de qualitĂ© sur les photos, nous avons retrouvĂ© un lieu peu conviviale. Le sauna se trouve dans une partie du garage, le jaccuzi est certe couvert mais un accĂšs par l'extĂ©rieur, cuisine trop petite pour 14 personnes et mĂ©nage plutot trĂ©s lĂ©ger. D'autre part, l'hote ose nous demander une participation pour le remplacement des filtres car il y a des touffes de cheveux. Mais n'est-ce pas le principe d'un filtre de spa ? Nous avons recu donc une premiĂšre facture de la part de l'hote d'une certaine valeur , puis comme par magie au bout de quelques jours 2H de mĂ©nages supplĂ©mentaires facturĂ©s car ce n’est pas suffisant pour lui rembourser les frais
. Bref , honteux , je ne recommande pas du tout ce monsieur, trĂšs malhonnĂȘte et irrespectueux quand on laisse un gite d'une propretĂ© impeccable comme nous l'avons laissĂ© ! A fuire !

Maison fortement agréable et bien situ éeée

PropriĂ©taire trĂšs sympathique. On a passĂ© un trĂšs joyeux NoĂ«l avec nos 6 ados et ceci malgrĂ© le temps pluvieux. GrĂące Ă  l'Ă©quipement intĂ©rieur on a pu se dĂ©fouler un peu au r-d-c et profiter ensuite du sauna. Pour finir en dĂ©tente dans le SPA😊.
