New villa of 63 m2, in 50 hectare property already comprising five gites on a hill of three hectares. Very quiet, located on the hillside in the middle of the maquis with a beautiful sea view on the Tyrrhenian islands. Composed of a bathroom with walk-in shower, living room with open fitted kitchen, two bedrooms with wardrobe, (sleeping a double bed and two 90 cm beds) cot on request, air conditioning, garden furniture, beautiful terrace partly covered, barbecue, garden. Pets welcome.

Wir haben zwei Wochen in diesem tollen Ferienhaus genossen. Die Lage des Hauses ist absolut klasse - kurze Wege zum Strand, zum Einkaufen und als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. In der Umgebung des Hauses kann man mit einem Hund schöne Runden laufen, die Plantagen auf Marcs Gelände sind toll angelegt.Danke lieber Marc für die unkomplizierte Kommunikation vor dem Urlaub und den sehr netten Empfang auf Korsika. Von der Terrasse hat man eine schöne Aussicht und das Haus ist gut eingerichtet. Mit dem Auto ist man sehr schnell (in weniger als 5 Minuten) am schönen Naturstrand von Cervione, der trotz des angrenzenden Campingplatzes nie voll ist; mit dem Auto findet man immer einen Parkplatz. Auch der Supermarkt ist schnell zu erreichen. Der Vermieter ist freundlich und kümmert sich um alles. Wir (dreiköpfige Familie) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Super Urlaub verbracht

Wir konnten prima Abschalten und Entspannen....in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand...mit dem Auto zu Interresanten Ausflugszielen...wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus

Wir und unser Labbi Merlin haben unsere Ferien in dem wunderschönen Haus mit phantastischer Aussicht, sehr genossen und werden bestimmt wiederkommen. Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr gut geschnitten und mit feinem Geschmack und Komfort eingerichtet. Die Küche bietet alles was man sich wünscht und braucht, wenn man sich selber verpflegen möchte. Auch das Bad lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Haus ist durch die großen Panoramafenster zum Meer hin wunderbar hell. Die große Terrasse, ebenfalls mit Blick auf 's Meer, ist das zusätzliche Zuckerstück! Die Kommunikation mit Marc dem Vermieter, war schon im Vorfeld überaus angenehm. Marc war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend immer bemüht, dass wir zufrieden waren. Vielen Dank für die schönen Wochen!

Ruhiges Haus mit Traumblick

2 Wochen hatten wir von unserem Haus/Terasse aus einen Traumblick aufs Meer. Das Haus entsprach unseren Erwartungen es war gut und funktionell eingerichtet. Schönes Ferienhaus mit tollem Blick

Wir haben die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit des Hauses sehr genossen. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet (man findet alles vor was man braucht) und der Blick von der Terrasse ist traumhaft. Die Kommunikation in Englisch und Französisch mit dem Vermieter (Marc) war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Unserem Hund hat der Garten ums Haus auch sehr gut gefallen. Da die Stromkosten separat abgerechnet werden konnten wir unser E-Auto über die Küchensteckdose laden. Ein gut sortierter Supermarkt und ein Bäcker sind in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto oder in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. (Der Rückweg dauert etwas länger, da es bergauf geht) Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen.

Maison très agréable sur les hauteurs de Prunete

Location idéale pour visiter l´Est de la Corse et profiter d´un calme absolu (aucun voisin direct). La maison est spacieuse, bien équipée (très bon Wifi) et bénéficie d´une très jolie terrasse avec une vue superbe. Très bon contact avec le propriétaire.

Diese Unterkunft ist empfehlenswert.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in der noch neuen und schön eingerichteten Wohnung gefühlt. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse aufs Meer ist genial. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, spricht allerdings nur französisch.

Sehr schönes kleines Häuschen

Es ist ein sehr schönes kleines, modern ausgestattetes und hübsch eingerichtetes Häuschen. Die Unterkunft war sauber. Die Nachbarschaft wohnt nicht direkt nebenan und das Häuschen befindet sich außerhalb von Cervione in einer ruhigen Gegend. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, wir können diese Unterkunft empfehlen :-)

Super Lage.

Modern eingerichtetes kleines Ferienhaus, 1,5 km vom Strand entfernt. Sehr ruhig und etwas erhöht gelegen. Sehr netter Vermieter. Kurzer Über-und Rückgabevorgang. Alles bestens.
