This Beautiful Home Well Exceeded our Expectations and We Will Be Back!

  • 5 of 5

I facilitated a retreat for 8 woman from around the country- and we were ALL super pleased with this wonderful, spacious home- right on the water. Our whole group was happy and comfortable there. The living room is HUGE and easily accommodated us for meetings and slide shows and getting together. We loved the stellar views and having a hot tub and pool right there, as well as the dock for easy access to the canoe and kayak. (so fun!!!) Everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and more. The owner, Annie, was delightful to work with. This lovely home well exceeded our expectations. We will for sure be back.

Amazing house! Great location!

  • 5 of 5

Our group of girls absolutely loved this house. There was plenty of room for all of us, and the beds were so comfortable! The backyard view of the lake was gorgeous. We spent each morning on the back porch or in the backyard drinking coffee and enjoying the view. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. We absolutely loved staying here and are already planning next year’s trip back to Hot Springs

Very, very satisfied.

Nice house, great neighborhood, friendly neighbors. We had 9 Harley Davidsons, and a lot of people still stopped by to talk to us. Great communication from the owner. Absolutely no complaints. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property.

About Annie Showalter

I am from California. I fell in love with Arkansas green woods, the lakes, mountains, and the friendly people. Me and my 5 children moved here in 2000. WE lived in the house for 5 years. It is a great kid house. I currently live in an apartment on the property. I am happy to assist any way I can

Annie Showalter purchased this house in 2004

Why Annie Showalter chose Hot Springs

The lake is beautiful and it is a quiet neighborhood on a flat dead end street. great for walks and riding bikes fishing, swimming, relaxing in the Hot tub, playing on the canoe or kayaks.

What makes this house unique

I love sitting on the enclosed porch looking out at the lake and hearing my kids play. Or sitting in the hot tub looking out at lake or up at stars with a refreshment on a cool evening.
