About this property

Modern beach apartment / near airport

Our apartment has a modern beach design. It is an efficiency studio apartment, includes all the kitchen essentials, towels, hair dryer and more. Furnished with a king size bed and also has a futon sofa bed. Our apartment is 5 minutes from the airport, next to 5 star hotels, on the main avenue in Isla Verde, and easy short walk to the beach. It is perfect for the vacationer or the business traveler.

Our apartment is in the center of Isla Verde Avenue in Puerto Rico. It offers a balcony complete with table and two chairs with a partial view of the ocean. We provide for you beach and bath towels for clean bedding, dishes, glasses, pots, pans, utensils, cook top stove, full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer. There is an inverter air conditioner. The king size bed can accommodate 2 people comfortably and there is a plush futon available. There is also a 50" ROKU TV, cable, and free WIFI. We do offer short or long term rental stays.

There is a pool available for guests and residences. At the pool there is an area with tables, bench's, and BBQ's. Laundry facility is available on site (coin operated). One parking spot, on first come basis. The complex also has a 24 hour security guard on site.

One parking spot for the apartment, on a first come basis. You will be required to have the parking sticker & beeper, which we will provide upon notice that you will utilizing a car.

The complex also has a 24 hour security guard on site.

Each apartment in the complex is individually owned. We are not responsible or have control over disruptions coming from other apartments or outside. There is a set time limit for any owner that may have any disruptions of construction noise, it is 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday-Friday, no holidays.

The SJU airport is 5 minutes away. Old San Juan is about a 15 minute drive. Along avenue Isla Verde you will find a variety of local food restaurants as well as your typical fast food restaurants. There is also Walgreens and CVS close by. Pueblo Grocery store is a short 5 minute walk from the condo. The beach is about a 5 minute walk. The apartment is also right next to San Juan Hotel and The Intercontinental.

There is always taxi services available at all times. Bus stops up and down Isla Verde Avenue.
Uber is also available and recommended.
Rental car facilities are available as well. HUGE PLUS: This unit is equipped with a whole home battery backup system that will power the entire unit during power outages..

Isla Verde Gem!

We enjoyed our stay here! Walking distance to many restaurants and shops, clean beaches, felt safe and was a short drive to Old San Juan! The pool was so much fun and all of the people we meet at the condo were so nice and helpful. The host had great communication and provided recommendations and quick responses to any questions we had! We would stay here again!

Had a late flight in (after 11pm) and was able to check in without any issues. Used uber and taxis instead of renting a car. Uber was so easy to use. Short 5-6 min walk to beach and rented the chair/ umbrella at beach. So many food places in walking distance. Juan was very fast in responding to my messages. Would stay here again. He also allowed us a late check out. Until next time San Juan!!!!

The apartment is well furnished, with fully stocked kitchen and all the essentials a family of four may need. The location is just perfect within walking distance to the beach, a supermarket and great restaurants! The host is extremely responsive and accommodated our earlier arrival. We enjoyed the stay! We truly enjoyed our stay and loved being within walking distance to everything. I felt super safe and didn't even use the 2 safety door devices I traveled with for extra security. Highly recommend!!

Daughter’s College Graduation Trip

We enjoyed our stay! It was close to the beach, restaurants & airport which made it very convenient. The pool was never busy & was very refreshing! The outside of the complex wasn’t the best, as it looks like it needs updated but this is no fault of the condo owner! The condo itself was very clean & cute, just as pictured! Great communication with the owner & we were even able to checkin 2 hours early!

It was a pleasure for us to use your apartment for our vacation in Puerto Rico. We thank the owners for providing everything we needed during our stay (more beach towels...etc.) The apartment is stylishly decorated and clean. The pool was warm and clean and the surrounding areas well maintained. The reception of the information about the accommodation was timely and sufficient.

Great stay!

We had a great time staying at the property. The apartment was clean and appeared just like the pictures. Juan the owner, responded to all my messages immediately and was gracious. He even accommodated an early check in and late check out giving us more time in the area. The location was great, near everything we needed. We walked to the beach everyday which was a few blocks walk and my daughter enjoyed the pool everyday. We ate a great breakfast at sobao across the street and enjoyed dinner at lupis restaurant right downstairs from the apartment. We had a short stay and didn’t want to leave. We would definitely return again.

A nice cozy place in Isla Verde Puerto Rico

Everything was as listed according to the profile but we had an issue with water not being hot due to a power outage. What took a few days to resolve should have only taken one day but we were without hot water for first few days of our stay.

Better than expected!

We had a wonderful stay. The room was extremely comfortable, including the bed. The beach is a short walk and you can rent lounge chairs (5) and/ or umbrellas (10). We thought this beach was nicer than Liquillo Beach. We did not utilize the pool because the beach is so nice, but we did check it out and it was clean and well maintained. Great restaurants within close walking distance. Uber was readily available and Enterprise rent a car is right across the street. We rented a car for one day to go to the El Yunque National Forest and Liquillo Beach. It was a short and easy drive. Overall, it was a fabulous stay in a great location! Would definitely recommend.

Nice apartment

The apartment is cheerfully decorated. Large comfortable bed and lots of pillows. Shower head very good (water does not get very hot though). Has refrigerator, two burner stove and microwave. Roku TV worked well. Nice balcony (5th floor). Very secure building. Great neighborhood with beach and hotel entertainment nearby. Owner communicated well and answered questions quickly.

The apartment is in a great location! It was very clean, looked like the photos and has a partial view of the ocean. The host was very responsive and super quick to respond with any questions I had. Wonderful stay !!!!

This cozy and neat apartment was wonderful. Strategic location near to 5 stars hotels and restaurants. Also very close to the airport and main routes to explore the island. We enjoyed the atmosphere in the apartment, enjoyed a nice cup of coffee in the balcony area where you can glimpse the beautiful beach. No issues with water or electricity. Comfortable bed and the full kitchen was a plus. Juan was very helpful and answered the messages very fast. The personal at the building was respectful and helpful. Not disappointed at all. We definitely stay again. Highly recommend 👌. Thanks Juan we enjoyed it.

Great location with Kitchenette

The location to airport, beaches, shopping, restaurants etc. was excellent. The room was perfect. Bed was comfy cute balcony too. Then hurricane Fiona hit. We luckily had battery operated lanterns for light source. The owner was checking in on us daily (via messages) and keeping up update on everything. We made the best of a bad situation but it had nothing to do with the condo. Others in condo were super nice and helpful. In the mist of a hurricane we were safe and comfy in our room. Once power was restored having the Kitchenette helping with saving some money after having to eat out constantly. I would have no problems staying here again and look forward to booking with Juan again,
