Our family chalet located on the hamlet of Chavonnes common Courchevel, is the ideal base for spa guests of Brides les Bains or for lovers of mountain biking, SPA, hiking ...

For a cure of brides and its 3 weeks of rent, ask us by message the special rate Cure.

In winter you are close to the ski slopes either by the Courchevel free shuttle, or less than 1 km from the Olympe de Brides gondola that will take you directly to the Méribel slopes.

The chalet "Les 3 Marmottes" is recent and modern (2015).
Located in a village nestled just above Brides les Bains. The town is attached recently to Courchevel that you can reach in just 15 minutes ... It has a large terrace with Jacuzzi 6 Places, a comfortable lounge with tv equipped with a Wii, DVD player, an open kitchen and fully equipped.
A washing machine and a dryer are also available.
For a pleasant and sporty stay, a bike and a rower will be at your disposal.

You can bring your own or make a request at the time of your reservation so that we can add the rental of sheets and towels.

For hygiene reasons, we thank you for not smoking in the cottage and note that pets are not allowed.

The Jacuzzi is to use under your responsibility if you have children.
Minimum maintenance is required (Clean the filter and cover it after use).
We do not provide maintenance during your stay.

Nice modern chalet, great for staying with friends

We stayed as 3 families with 6 kids ages 6-10 and the chalet suites us very well. Nice open family space for enjoying time with friends and plenty of room in bedrooms for all of us. Well equipped and clean. Access to Meeibel via Olympe Gondola, which is a 5 minutes walk away. Only thing to consider is that it is down a fairly steep slope and when we were there, it was very icy and slippy. Just about ok in snow boots with no equipment but you wouldn't want to be doing it with ski equipment. Of course you can also drive around to get there but we found parking to be difficult (although it was when world championships were ok in Meribel and Courchevel). Overall a very pleasant stay and Pascal was very good with communication.

It was a pleasure to welcome your family. The path to olympe gondola can be slippery in this case you need to keep the sticks with you. But we advice to rent ski lockers to avoid carrying your equipment or use your car to go to the free parking in Brides les bains. About parking it's very easy normally but you stayed during the world cup and brides les bains was full with this world event which normally never happen.

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine au chalet des 3 marmottes, très bien entretenu, parfait pour un groupe d’une dizaine de personnes. Le jacuzzi était un vrai + pour les fins de journées ! Merci !
