Für uns die perfekte Unterkunft im Viertel Casone. Parkplätze Mangelware, die Müllabfuhr ist der Wecker morgens um 7, Geschäfte für täglichen Bedarf fussläufig. Wir mögen den Charme der Wohnung und des Viertels. In der Küche könnte die Sauberkeit verbessert werden, ansonsten aber gut ausgestattet zum Kochen und weiteres. Die Kommunikation mit Catherine ist top. Gerne wieder.

Vor Ihnen waren einige junge Freundinnen meiner Tochter bei uns, und ich bitte um Entschuldigung, falls die Küche beim letzten Mal nicht so sauber wirkte. Meine Putzfrau gibt sich zwar Mühe, hat aber das Geschirr nicht kontrolliert. Ich bitte vielmals um Entschuldigung.

appartement fonctionnel, décoré avec bon goût, et situé à 2 rues de la plage. il faut avoir un peu de chance pour trouver une place de parking dans la rue.

Il confortevole e accogliente appartamento di Catherine gode di una vista bellissima. Si trova in un quartiere tranquillo a due passi dalla spiaggia di Trottel. Nell'appartamento trovate quello che vi servirà durante il vostro soggiorno.

Schöne Umgebung

Wohnung ist in einem Mehrparteienhaus (nicht im abgebildeten), ausreichend groß und ausgestattet. Leider nur französisches TV. Schön ist, dass eine Grundausstattung an Kaffee und Lebensmittel vorhanden ist.

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances l'endroit était idéalement placé rien à dire l'endroit est super et des paysages à couper le souffle c'est vraiment super joli. Nous y retournerons c'est certain

emplacement très appreciable

La photo d'annonce prête à confusion car l'appartement est dans un immeuble face à la maison qui est photographiée . L'appartement est agréable mais la sonorisation reste à améliorer . Nous avons eu droit à l'aspirateur de l'appartement du dessus tous les jours à 8h30 le matin et souvent midi et soir ...On entend un fond de television toute la journée jusqu'à 22h30 ainsi que les conversations téléphoniques ; dommage quand on aime le calme ,d'autant plus que le quartier est très agréable pour sa tranquillité ,sa proximité du centre et des commerces , le parking gratuit dans la rue . Nous avons quand même passé un bon séjour . A et C

Chère Madame, la vue de la fenêtre comporte une légende "vue de la fenêtre", et il y a une photo de l'immeuble légendée "vue de l'immeuble", je n'ai pu faire mieux. La vue m'a semblé importante dans la mesure où à Ajaccio ville, les vues ne sont pas toujours agréables, et où les fenêtres ouvrent largement sur la campagne. Pour le reste, j'y vis, l'immeuble de 1930 est effectivement sonore, mais je ne peux pas le reconstruire, j'ai fait isoler le mur de la chambre de l'appartement situé sur le même palier, et les voisins s'appliquent à respecter les horaires de sommeil des autres, comme vous l'indiquez, entre 22h30 et 8h30. En me réjouissant que le séjour vous ait malgré tout été agréable, bonne journée. Catherine

Agréable séjour

L'immeuble de style art/déco est particulièrement bien situé dans un quartier vivant et pittoresque : une immersion dans le quotidien corse L'appartement offre un cadre de vie agréable. Après une journée de balade on apprécie de se retrouver dans l'ambiance très "cosy" du petit salon et d'avoir à disposition une bibliothéque bien fournie . Merci Catherine, nous avons beaucoup appris sur la Corse et son histoire Merci aussi pour votre écoute et votre disponibilité Nous conseillons sans retenue cette location Dominique et Anne Marie

Très beau WE d'amoureux

L'appartement est propre, fonctionnel et respire la joie de vivre. Au surplus le quartier est tranquille et à deux pas de la plage et du centre ville. Que demander de plus ? J'y reviendrai certainement. Roger
