Das Objekt selbst wäre durchaus schön und in einer guten Umgebung aber die Sauberkeit (bwz. der Mangel an solchem) liess mehr als zu wünschen übrig und der Zustand der Küche war schlicht abstossend (eine Mottenfalle voll toter Küchenschaben auf einer Schrankinnenseite) und fast jeder Gegenstand, den man anfasste klebte. Auf der Unterseite der Teller klebten noch Speisereste der Vor- oder Vor-vormieter. Eine der beiden Duschen (die kleinere) stank derart, dass man sie nicht gebrauchen konnte. Urlaub fühlt sich definitiv anders an. Das W-Lan hat zu keinem Zeitpunkt je funktioniert. Sind nach 2,5 Tagen frustriert nach Hause zurückgereist.

Bezüglich Ihrer Bemerkungen möchten wir klarstellen, dass in unserem Haus niemals Mottenfallen oder Kakerlaken vorhanden waren, da solche Insekten in unserer Unterkunft nicht vorkommen. Das Haus wird nach jedem Aufenthalt sorgfältig gereinigt, insbesondere das Geschirr, das inspiziert und desinfiziert wird. Außerdem haben wir geplant, in diesem Winter die Dusche zu ersetzen, deren Ablauf unangenehm riecht, und sie zu modernisieren, um die Ausstattung weiter zu verbessern. Wir bedauern, dass die Kommunikation nicht optimal war. Wenn Sie auf unsere Nachrichten geantwortet oder unserem Termin zur Reinigung des Pools zugestimmt hätten, hätten wir einige Punkte während Ihres Aufenthalts besser regeln können. Zudem hätte ein einfacher Neustart des Routers das WLAN wiederhergestellt, wenn Sie uns darüber informiert hätten. Für weitere Fragen oder Anregungen stehen wir Ihnen gerne zur Verfügung. Superbe séjour

La maison est très agréable, la cour intérieure (avec la piscine) est bien aménagée et très agréable par forte chaleur. Un petit coin de paradis au calme avec de très beaux couchés de soleil. Martine et Thierry sont des hôtes arrangeants et attentionnés. Je recommande.
