Super appartement

Appartement rĂ©novĂ© et super confortable. Grande salle de bain. Nous Ă©tions 4 et nos 2 ados ont apprĂ©ciĂ© le confort du divant lit. TrĂšs bien situĂ© Ă  5 ou 10 min de marche selon la ligne de mĂ©tro dĂ©sirĂ©e. C'est vrai que c'est bruyant dans la chambre Ă  cause de la circulation mais rien pour empĂȘcher de dormir avec la fenĂȘtre fermĂ©e. Nous avons beaucoup apprĂ©ciĂ© l'appartement et nous recommandons fortement.

Claudine and Stephane are amazing hosts! The apartment is even better than the pictures show! It was a perfect place for our family to stay! The location was so easy for both the bus and the train to get around to all the places you want to see in Paris, not to mention that the epic arc de triumph and Champs-ÉlysĂ©es are literally right down the street! The neighborhood feels safe and it’s active with restaurants and nearby grocery store options. Claudine and Stephane are very easy to communicate with and so personable! Chatting with Stephane was a special part of our trip! Claudine was so kind to put some Christmas decorations and a small tree in the apartment since we were spending Christmas there with our children! We would not hesitate to stay at the Ternes apartment again! Do yourself a favor and book here!

Three adults enjoyed staying in the apartment which was within walking distance of the Arc du Triumph and the Charles de Gaulle metro station. The apartment was well equipped and charmingly decorated. It is one flight up a lovely circular staircase and also has a small elevator.Claudine was an excellent communicator which was very much appreciated. All told, we three were well taken care of by Claudine.

I loved this apartment! Claudine met us on arrival and explained the apartment and the location. She left us with coffee, tea, bottled water and cookies to sweeten our stay. There are plenty of places to purchase the necessities. we found a sweet area with outdoor market and cafes that were very local. you are a 9 minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe where you can catch the metro and a bus stop is at the corner.. We will return. This is a perfect spot and the apartment is spacious.

Fabulous stay in Paris

This is our third time to Paris and this apartment was one of the best we stayed in. The location was very central and close to the metro for easy commuting. It had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. It felt like home. Thank you for a great stay.

Perfect Paris Stay

We had the best stay in Paris! Claudine’s apartment is beautiful and in the most convenient neighborhood. We found it easy to catch taxis or jump on the Metro to get to all of Paris’s sites! We loved all the conveniences of cafes, boutiques, stores all right there! The apartment was so clean and it had exactly what we needed! Claudine was an excellent hostess. She answered all our questions quickly!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Paris Apartment!

Nice apartment in Paris

Our stay in this apartment was wonderful! It was comfortable and very functional for our time in Paris. The neighborhood is walkable and we found some very nice restaurants. The building is very secure and we felt safe. The only minor downside is that it would have been nice to have a portable AC unit as the apartment was very hot and the fans did not help much, especially after a hot day. Claudine was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process and in person a very sweet woman! She left us some special treats which was thoughtful. I would definitely stay there again but at a time of the year when temperatures were cooler.

Cute place and good location

Claudine meet us at the apartment even dough we were 2 hours delayed thanks to a delayed with the airline taking us to Paris from DC, USA. She had for us some donuts and water bottles waiting, thank you Claudine, that was very nice of you. The apartment is located about 12 minutes walk from the Arc of Triumph, and near many restaurants and other business near by. Great place and a great location.

Great location convenient to access transportation, the Metro subway and bus stops. Great food choices in neighborhood area. Grocery and Pharmacies nearby. I made a dinner to eat in a couple of nights and kept granola & milk for quick breakfast. Coffee pods and machine easy and quick to use. We took the train for day trip to Versailles and walked the enchanting Montmartre up to the Sacre Coeur cathedral.

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage

Nettes kleines Appartement in guter Lage mit allem drin, was man braucht. Mit mehr als zwei Personen etwas eng, aber möglich (WC separat zum Bad). Kleine Kritikpunkte: StraßengerĂ€usche aufgrund der Lage; TĂŒrscharniere und -klinken mĂŒssten mal geschmiert werden und die Matratze im Schlafsofa muss *dringend* ersetzt werden.FĂŒr uns egal, aber ggf. wichtig: Aufzug endet auf halber Treppe, daher nicht barrierefrei.Insgesamt aber sehr zu empfehlen.Joli petit appartement bien situĂ©, Ă©quipĂ© de tout ce dont on a besoin. Un peu Ă©troit avec plus de deux personnes, mais possible (WC sĂ©parĂ© de la salle de bain). Quelques petites critiques : Les bruits de la rue en raison de l'emplacement ; les charniĂšres et les cliquets de porte ont besoin d'ĂȘtre graissĂ©s et le matelas du canapĂ©-lit a *vraiment* besoin d'ĂȘtre remplacĂ©.Peu important pour nous, mais peut-ĂȘtre important pour d'autres : l'ascenseur s'arrĂȘte Ă  l'entresol, donc pas accessible aux personnes handicapĂ©es.Mais dans l'ensemble, je le recommande vivement.

Een gezellige accommodatie op een fantastische locatie. Alles is voorhanden. Ook veel horeca in de buurt. Bus om de hoek, huurfietsen voor de deur. Slaapkamer wel gehorig door de drukke straat waar 24 uur per dag verkeer doorheen gaat. Parkeergarage voor de deur.Misschien goed om ook onder de slaapbank goed te stofzuigen, daar zitten wel wat stofwolken.

LOVED CLAUDINE'S PLACE-STYLISH AND COMFORTABLE

I just can't say enough about Claudine's beautiful apartment. It was so comfortable, spacious and had everything we needed for our 5 night stay! I loved the location, just a quick walk to two different metros one being a central hub where you can catch the train and multiple lines. The 17th is where I first dropped my daughter off for school and where she had an apartment just a few streets over from Claudine's place so it was so fun to be back in this familiar neighborhood, close to Monoprix (similar to a Target in the US), favorite restaurants a wonderful outdoor market and a short walk to the Arc de Triomphe. Her home had fantastic water pressure, plenty of hot water and a separate shower apart from the most amazing soaking tub. The kitchen was wonderful to cook in and it was so nice to have a formal living room apart from the kitchen so you had room to spread out. Her communication was wonderful and we had no issues at all. This will be our first choice to stay when we come back to visit our daughter at school!

Paris Highlights

Wonderful apt in the 17th arrondissement! Location was central to everything. Metro, buses & walking distance to all (3 miles max). Markets, shops, restaurants everything you need. Arc de Triomphe & Champs ÉlysĂ©e are at the end of the road! Clean, spacious for 2, everything you need. The road is busy/loud, but we were not there much, w the window shut,in the bedroom it was fine. Would 100% recommend! Claudine was very responsive and lovely,

Charming apartment in great location

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. It is only one flight up so easily accessible and there is an elevator for luggage. The apartment has a very large bedroom and bathroom compared to most European apartments with a toilet and sink separate from the bathroom with shower, standalone bathtub and sink with a large shelf and drawer for cosmetics. The kitchen is compact but very usable. We ate many of our mails here. The decor is very charming and the place was immaculately clean. The host was very helpful and responsive to our questions. There are many restaurants and food shops within easy walking distance and several subway stations for different subway lines within walking distance. The Arc de Triomphe and the beginning of the Champs Elysee are only a couple of blocks away. We would happily stay here again if we come back to Paris.

Nos vacances

Nos vacances Cette propriĂ©tĂ© a dĂ©passĂ© nos attentes et Ă©tait une maison dĂ©licieuse. L'emplacement Ă©tait proche de plusieurs stations de mĂ©tro et l'appartement lui-mĂȘme Ă©tait charmant et de bonne taille pour nous quatre. Claudine a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs patiente avec nos problĂšmes de voyage et a Ă©tĂ© une hĂŽtesse formidable. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute dans cet appartement et le recommanderons Ă  tout le monde. A great home away from home- great size for the four of us, ideal location near several metro stops. Lovely apartment! Mme. Claudine was very helpful and accommodating, and we would definitely stay here again.

A wonderful experience in the 8th

From the moment we checked in until the day we departed Madame Labat provided a wonderful experience. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and cozy. Madame Labat responded promptly to any questions. If really felt like being a temporary local resident in Paris. The neighborhood is great with quick access to the Metro and the Palais de Congres. Can’t wait to come back!! Thank you Madame.
