The pool, palapa, BBQ area and grounds are shared community amenities. Beach access is provided. The condo accommodates a maximum of 5 guests. Housekeeping is provided every other day (exc sundays). Parties, events and unregistered visitors require prior authorization. Quiet hours and community regulations must be respected.
