Clean and Comfortable near Downtown/I-80/Zoo
This beautifully updated home is located conveniently off of I-80 in between the zoo and Downtown. Thoughtfully remodeled inside, this beautiful house won't disappoint. Well equipped kitchen flows directly into the living room and a dining area. Nice comfortable sofas and a smart 55'' Tv with almost all the popular cable channels, including most sports. Good sized bedroom with a nice queen bed and high quality bedding will assure a good night sleep. Second bedroom has a Full and twin pop out bed with TV in room. The bright and fresh bathroom was remodeled with nice clean tile and has plenty of soap/shampoo and towels. There is laundry in the basement. Nice large backyard is completely fenced in which is perfect for your kids or pets to stretch out their legs. The location is perfect, located 2 miles south of Old Market and minutes from zoo. This is a nice quiet family neighborhood, no worries on your safety!

I am in love with this neighborhood, I can't imagine a better place to stay when visiting Omaha. Its a quiet neighborhood with great neighbors, but just minutes from the Old Market and our world famous zoo. I remodeled this home to give a nice open feeling, yet feel cozy and warm.
