This Resort-Style Townhome is spacious and pet-friendly with an open floor plan, located in North Naples near shops, beaches and parks. The home is renovated with stainless steel appliances, diagonal tile floors downstairs, hickory wood floors upstairs, and a beautiful travertine shower in the master suite. The living area is designed for family gatherings, movie nights and elegant dinners; all with a gorgeous lake view. Enjoy pool, spa and gas grill in the community. Clean and well-maintained.

The open-concept living area invites family gatherings with a reclining sectional sofa and large 60" 4K LED smart TV with Netflix. The adjacent dining area seats six at the handmade rustic dining table. The kitchen is clean and stocked with all the cookware you need to prepare meals while you take in the lake view. There is also a half-bath downstairs. Cozy hickory floors lead you upstairs where you'll find three bedrooms. The master suite has a comfortable king size bed, a freshly renovated travertine shower, a large TV with Chromecast and lake view. Bedroom #2 has a large desk with leather chair as well as a daybed with trundle. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed, TV and desk. Front-load washer and dryer are conveniently located upstairs. To complete the upstairs, there is also a second full bath with tub and shower. The one-car garage comes with beach chairs, beach umbrellas and three bicycles to ride around the neighborhood. Guest has access to swing sets as well as pool, hot tub, and gas grills at the clubhouse.

Winter Getaway

Location, location, location, this townhome is close to everything. Friendly neighbors and quiet neighborhood. The pool area was perfect and never too busy. Eduardo was excellent to work with and took care of the issues that came up during our stay. It's hard to beat the beautiful weather in Naples, we didn't want to leave. Overall a good vacation. There were a few issues that came up but Eduardo’s response was remarkably quick and the issues were resolved in record time to our complete satisfaction. I also found the beds to be extremely comfortable, very important to my husband and I.

January in Naples

We were late to the table when we decided to spend January in Naples, but luckily Eduardo’s place became available. Very clean, comfortable and well appointed with paper products and other cleaning products that we didn’t have to purchase. Loved the lanai and watching the beach birds first thing in the morning. The pool was lovely too. I wish we were closer to the beach but wouldn’t want to pay the high prices associated so this location turned out to be fine. Hope to visit again next winter. Thanks so much Eduardo!!
