* Fully equipped kitchen area with a Breville Espresso machine, Samsung “Smart” Fridge, Bosch Dishwasher, 7-stage UV water filtration system, and a SodaStream soda maker.
* Open floor living area with 65 inch smart tv and high chair kitchen island.
* Master bedroom with King-size bed, private walk-in shower and closet.
* Second bedroom with Queen-size bed, guest bathroom and closet.
* Third bedroom with Twin-size bed that extends to Queen with a trundle.
* Garage area with EV-Charging option. Free charging at no additional fee- just bring your charging equipment and plug in to NEMA 14-50 or a regular outlet.
* BBQ propane grille located in the garage with spare propane tank so you never run out.
* Couple beach chairs with an Umbrella
* Fast Internet (200mbps).
*Dedicated workspace option available via 4ft utility/portable table and a folding plastic chair. Can be placed in any room with the door closed.
* Laser Canon Printer- just plug your computer via USB and print when needed.
* Large LG washer and Dryer.

*All bookings are subject to HOA pre-approval and 14 days lead application processing time.
*HOA requires an Application, signed lease, and a background check
*HOA Requirements: Applicants should be 25years of age or older, Clean Background, Credit Score above 700, Minimum of 30 days lease.
*Per HOA rules: 6 guest maximum at all times and maximum of 3 cars parked in the garage and the driveway. Additional guests may not be allowed.
*NO PETS.
*No Parties and loud events.
*No Glass at the Pool area.

Comfy and clean

Spent three months in this comfy villa and enjoyed every minute!! Home was exactly as advertised. Had most everything we needed to feel at home. We had two couples staying and had an occasional 4-5 day single guest. Do not think we could have accommodated a third couple but was great for our needs! George was an awesome host and communicated with us as needed. Would definitely recommend for a small family or, like us, two couples.
