you will have the upper floor of the house, visible in the photo, as well as the adjoining part of the garden with its swimming pool which you will have the exclusive use.
The house is 10 minutes from the large commercial area of La Feuilleraie and 15 minutes from the center of Perigueux by car.
You will have the opportunity to walk in the forest or visit the many sites of Périgord.
