In a quiet area of the city center 5 minutes from the beach and shops in the city center, comfortable stay in an apartment completely renovated with high-end materials and equipment! The apartment is located in the old Grand HĂŽtel des Dunes dating from 1892 overlooking many listed seaside villas.

Able to accommodate 2 to 4 people, it has:
- A large bright living room with premium bultex sofa bed with quick opening (140x200), armchairs, TV / DVD, dining area with table and chairs
- A fitted kitchen with combined oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, extractor hood, kettle, toaster, French press, filter coffee maker, teapots, raclette / grill appliance, new cookware and dishes
- A small, bright cabin-type bedroom separated from the living room by a sliding door with a pull-out bed (2 70X190 beds) and wardrobe
- A bathroom with shower, vanity unit, separate WC, washing machine, new water heater
- Plenty of storage
- Baby equipment (booster chair, WC adapter, bottle warmer, bamboo dishes, changing mat, wooden toys, books)
- WIRELESS

Ideal for a couple or a family with two young children! Also suitable for a business traveler. Less suitable for two couples or 4 adults, validate beforehand if the accommodation can suit your stay.

TrĂšs chouette sĂ©jour! Contact aisĂ© et bienveillant avec MĂ©lanie (la propriĂ©taire). Le logement est trĂšs bien situĂ©, Ă  5 min du centre et autant de la plage et Ă  10 minutes de la baie. Le logement est dĂ©corĂ© avec soin et le mobilier est de qualitĂ© dont le divan clic-clac qui se transforme en un lit trĂšs confortable (rare!). Les Ă©quipements sont de qualitĂ© (un bĂ©mol pour la tĂ©lĂ© dont le son est ... trĂšs limite, mais on ne vient pas au Touquet pour la tĂ©lĂ© ;-) ). L'espace est lumineux, bien chauffĂ©, la douche est revigorante et, dĂ©tail avec importance, les produits (nettoyage, soins corporels, ambiance et mĂȘme certains produits alimentaires de base Ă  disposition sont de qualitĂ©. L'acceuil et le dĂ©part ont Ă©tĂ© assurĂ© par une tierce personne trĂšs sympa et ponctuelle. Bref, sĂ©jour super. Merci encore et... heureuse annĂ©e ! ;-)

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour . Le studio est top dans une belle résidence (ancien hÎtel rénové) . L'accÚs à la mer est tout proche et le centre ville n'est pas loin non plus . La procédure d'entrée et de sortie s'est bien passée et les échanges avec la propriétaire sont fluides. En plus e beau temps étai de la partie . Dommage qu'il faille partir !

Petit appartement trĂšs bien dĂ©corĂ©, entretenu et Ă©quipĂ©. Le canapĂ© lit prĂ©sente l’avantage d’ĂȘtre pliable « lit fait » (donc pas besoin de dĂ©faire le lit tous les jours), et l’ensemble du mobilier, de l’éclairage ou encore de la vaisselle est choisi avec goĂ»t. Cet appartement est bien adaptĂ© Ă  un couple avec 2 jeunes enfants, en revanche largement moins pour 4 adultes (la chambre est trĂšs petite, et la porte entre la chambre et le salon n’a quasiment aucune isolation phonique). CĂŽtĂ© emplacement, rien Ă  redire, Ă  100m du front de mer et a 3 minutes Ă  pied de la rue St Jean (cĂŽte Nord).
