The OBX Palmettos love the water, and are, unfortunately, prevalent along the beaches up and down the Atlantic coast. We do treat our properties and will follow up with this. What you are mentioning, including the surfaces, is not typical for our homes, and we appreciate the opportunity to investigate why this may have happened. Please know our teams work diligently to clean and are on standby to assist with any issues you may encounter during your stay with us.
