Beautiful house of over 150m2 with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The house has been completely renovated, it is surrounded by a garden and with a beautiful swimming pool. Spacious and pleasant, it is not overlooked, fully equipped. Big beds and good bedding. You are 10 minutes from the nearest beaches by car. 20 minutes from the beaches by bike. 7 minutes walk from the tram. 10 minutes from Montpellier.
