Studio with mezzanine on the 1st floor of the building, including a main room with sofa-bed, wardrobe, table and chairs, a kitchen area equipped with electric hobs, cookware, bathroom with shower and WC, mezzanine with double bed.

A contribution to charges of 20 € per week will be requested between mid OCTOBER et mid MAY included. END OF STAY CLEANING IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE (extra €50).
