This was a really great stay. Very secure, and fantastic location close to Disney and the shopping mall. Easy access to the train from Paris! Ideal spot for a family!

A fully successful layover

The location was perfect. Only 15 minutes walking distance to Disneyland. Anything you need was at the holiday apartment. Nice view in the courtyard and really quiet. Ever time again

Great place for disney trip

Accommodation was modern, spacious and secure. The bath is a hazard, family had multiple slips. Internet was also a bit patchy. Other than that everything was great. Would stay here again.

Worked out well and fairly close to Paris Disney

Place was clean, bed was comfortable. We had quite a bit of difficulty opening the door with the key, we had to turn it many times before it would open the door. Building is very secure with a locked gate. Nice to have a washer and dryer available. We bought groceries when we exited the train from Paris. I attempted to make toast and the toaster would blow the fuse. We tried it in several plugs and it continued to blow the fuse. The oven worked out well though and I just used that. The bus stop is very close, we didn’t use it. We did not know how much it was and decided it was easier to walk. I would recommend this place and would gladly stay here again.

Generally nice but a few inconveniences

The reservation process was easy and straight forward. The arrival, registration and picking up the keys & fob ( to get in the underground parking) were also straight forward.When we arrived at the building, we could not open the gates to get in the underground garage. A resident of the building helped us by opening the gate and door to the garage. I contacted the rental office and they were quick in replacing the fob. Unfortunately, it did not work either. So I went back to the rental office and they replaced the fob batteries, the fob finally worked properly. The elevator took us up to the appropriate appartment, but once in the apartment, the elevator only took us back to the ground floor, we could not get to the underground parking with the elevator. The apartment description mentioned a Nespresso coffee machine, so we bought Nespresso coffee. But upon arrival the coffee machine was not a Nespresso. A call to the rental office quickly corrected the situation, Finally the apartment description mentioned a "queen size bed". The actual bed in the apartment was a double bed, this was not corrected during our stay. So all in all the apartment is well located and clean. However it did not come without a few inconveniences.

Nice apartment

We were offered a change to this apartment because of water damage to the property we originally booked. This property was farther from Disneyland Paris (about a 30 minute walk). And we were surrounded by construction of more apartments. The couple of days before check in we could not get info from the hosts. I sent about 20 messages starting 2 days before we checked in contuing throughout the day before we checked in and did not get a response until the evening before we checked in. With the change in property I needed new check in instructions etc. I was told an email was coming when they first sent the message that the apartment was being changed. That did not come. I was quite stressed. We were not sure we had a place to stay. It did all work out. I honestly thought the host had an emergency situation that stopped them from responding to my questions. 36 hour turnaround time is not acceptable when you check in soon and the property has been changed.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem gepflegten Gebäudekomplex mit hübschem Innenhof in einem ansprechenden Stadtteil von Serris. Nach Disneyland läuft man 15 Minuten. Zum großen Einkauszentrum sowie zahlreichen Restaurants 5-10 Minuten. Eine sehr gute Bäckerei befindet sich schräg gegenüber. Ebenfalls 5 Minuten fußläufig entfernt ist ein schöner Kinderspielplatz sowie Skatepark. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man benötigt inkl. Senseomaschine. Ein- und Auschecken verlief problemlos und angenehm. Einziges Manko: Mit Dachbox oder Van passt man nicht in die Tiefgarage. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen wieder.

Appartement très bien situé près du parc Disneyland 15/20 mn à pied ou à deux arrêts de bus. Centre commercial à 5 mn à peine. L’appartement est très agréable calme et très bien équipé. Très bon séjour dans cette location.

Todo perfecto, el apartamento muy limpio y con todo lo necesario. Muy céntrico para hacer compras y muy cerca de Disney, parada del autobús pegadita al apartamento, en coche a 1 min y andando 14 min. con niños que íbamos nosotros. Muy recomendable. Te dan información de todo y ninguna pega para recoger y dejar las llaves. Las propietarias muy atentas en todo momento. Gracias por todo.

Perfect space for our stay. Super close to Disney..about a 15 min walk or take the bus directly outside the building. Amazing mall and cute restaurants within a quick walk. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Very happy

Excellent stay! Highly recommend

Very clean property with excellent security. Lovely, clean, quiet and very safe neighbourhood. Easy walk to Disney or take the convenient bus which is very close to the building. Very short walk to the mall (use Toscane courtyard entrance), which has a large grocery store. Communication was excellent (had a bit of trouble figuring out how to unlock the door (there's a trick to it) and they offered to send someone over to show us, but we got it in the end and had no trouble after that. Easy pick up of keys with an information packet nearby and a binder of info was placed in the apartment. Check-out instructions were clear. Would stay again!

Ideal Disneyland

El apartamento, está muy limpio, es muy comodo y tiene todo lo necesario. El cheking es muy cómodo mediante un código. La inmobiliaria se comunica con nosotros un día antes, con toda la información necesaria para nuestra llegada. Cerca de Disneyland, unos 29 min andando. Cerca de un centro comercial con supermercado y parada de RER a unos 10 o 15 min. Zona muy tranquila.

Cozy apartment near Disney

Perfect option if you don’t want to stay at the expensive Disney-Hotels. Nevertheless, nice quarter in short distance to shopping mall Val d’Europe and Disney (12 minutes walking).

Ein tolles Appartement mit allem was man braucht in einer super Lage und Gegend. Tiefgarage sauber und gut gesichert. Das Disneyland ist in 15 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Supermakt ist ebenfalls in der Nähe. Nur zu empfehlen.

Perfekt für den Besuch in Disneyland

Die Lage ist super, 5 Minunten zum Einkaufszentrum und Outlet Village, 2 Stationen mit dem kostenlosen Bus (Haltestelle 50m) ins Disneyland und 40 Minuten mit der Bahn in die Pariser Innenstadt. Das Appartment war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, inkl Parkplatz. Schlafsofa sehr bequem. Das Bad und der Wohnberereich war sehr sauber, die Küche war nicht 100%, Evtl. wird sich hier zu sehr auf die Mieter verlassen, dass sie die Küche komplett sauber machen bei Abreise? Der Balkon wurde auch schon lange nicht mehr gesaugt. Alles in allem hatten wir aber einen super Aufenthalt, der Preis ist fair und würden wieder kommen.
