1-Bedroom and 1.5 Bath Townhouse Condo Centrally-Located Near Fidelity and BAE
Most of the finished living spaces of the townhouse are for your sole use, but I advertise this as a one-bedroom because the second bedroom and some other areas are not available for renter use. This is centrally located near Manchester, Nashua, Lowell, bike/walking trails, historical landmarks, state/national parks, riverfront activities, etc.! Townhome has a suburban, peaceful-like feel. Open concept kitchen & dining room. There is a cantilevered deck and expansive lawn out back. Nice landscaping outside and houseplants inside. Lots of wildlife visit the yard such as birds, squirrels, rabbits, turtles, etc. Owner maintains a watchful eye over the exterior of the property at all times. New to VRBO (but a veteran of its competitor), so help me know how I can best accommodate you!

I decided to list my property on this site after staying at a VRBO with friends for the first time in October 2019. Although that house was cozy and the host was well-intentioned, the build-quality was not always superb, so I figured my place is just as good (if not better!). I hope you will agree.
Why they chose this property
The townhouse was built in the spring of 1986. It has been in the family since December of 2000. After my grandmother's passing, I became the owner of the house with the help of my father and my uncle.
What makes this property unique
Antique and vintage decor and furnishings. If you are looking for a high-end, ultra-contemporary apartment, then this is not the right place for you. Things are simple and old-world, but there are sill the modern necessities such as Wi-Fi and appliances.
